Recently I placed an order for Unger BBWHR Ergo Toilet Bowl Brush Complete: Wand, Brush Holder & 2 Heads. Unfortunately, when I received the order, it was missing a vital piece, the wand. Amazon was willing to refund the money, but I didn't want a refund, I just wanted the wand. I reached out to Unger with the issue, and they were not only fast to respond but were willing to help out and send the missing wand. Any company willing to fix a problem, even though it was not of their making, is 5 stars in my book.

We needed something to get into the rv toilet drain and the regular toilet brushes just dont reach. This works well and gets where we need it to get. It is very hard bristles though, it would be even better if they were a medium hardness.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!I got the holder, I got the replacement brushes BUT NO HANDLE!!! are you kidding me? what am I supposed to do, put the brush in my mouth and stick my head in the toilet? LITERALLY wasted my money on this.

Awkward.I am not a cleaner or business, just a person who is tired of the cutesy flimsy clam shell brush hiding holders. I don't much want to look at the brush as the ones with open holders or the ones with no holders that drip all over. What I liked about this is the tall holder with a handle. The broom closet is right out side of the bathroom so there it goes till needed. I thought Hay I can even hang it, ah, no. The base is wider then shown and wider then the hanging mount. OK, that is not so bad, I don't have to hang it, would be nice. If secured it would not knock over when getting a broom.The handle the awkward part. It is too thick to be comfortable in the hand, it is too long to be easily maneuvered. As I said I am just a regular person not a pro. The handle is split, or slit at four (two each side) places in such a way that I can't tell if it is on purpose. ??? This is not bad, not wide splits and should not interfere with the work.Bottom line, am I sorry I bought this brush? No. Would I buy it again? Not sure???

Although the canister is ugly, the brush is nice and long- a very good choice for persons that have trouble bending, The brush is very flexible and easy to use.

One of the better things I purchased on Amazon. They give two brushes but one looks like it will last for years. The best part is that the base twists off from the neck and contains the drip from the brush. just twist to disconnect and dump the water in the toilet. that is a great idea and the product is quality built.

We own a custodial service and tried several of these. The handle easily snaps. Won’t buy again
