It took six years of heavy use to wear out my first bar.

Genuine Stihl part
Fits like a glove, works great! Just make sure you carefully read the number off your old bar before ordering, as there are at least two different bars to fit a 20 inch Stihl chain saw, and they take different chains. Only one will work with your chain. Got the wrong one on my first order, got out my magnifying glass and read the fine print on the old bar, sent the first bar back and ordered this one. My mistake, but just be careful.

Wrong size for a Stihl 261 CM.
Excellent Stihl quality as always, but it didn’t fit my saw. Not enough information was included in this products description. I have included a picture of the details on the bar that I received when I ordered this item. And I can confirm that it does not fit a 261 CM.
