I brought this product as a present for my partner who had to sleep in pitch black room with earphones on all night and this has really helped him to feel comfortable and have a blissful night sleep

Yep it's great

My initial problem was that the ear pieces were so far back and very hard to move into position. Will test them after a few days and see if they stay in place where I've moved them too.The volume seems good however, as I wear earplugs too, they need to be a decent volume, so that's a big plus for me.The material is lovely and soft, the strap sits well and seems a good fit. Blocks light well, does the job for a good night's sleep!

While it works well and easy to connect to your device , holds the charge well sound is good but the up down volume does not work ,you have to use the up down on the device your connected to, plus the mask makes you very hot to the point of sweating , it's easy to adjust but made no difference what so everThe ear padding is not the best great if you sleep on your back, but if your a side sleeper don't bother , I was awake multiple times due to the pressure from the speaker, tried for 2 nights , NO USE back to the in ear headphones hence 3 stars to be honest disappointed with this item, and can not recommend it

Absolutely awful customer service.The item will break after you use it a few times. When I say break, the functionality will go down and down. This used to last a whole nights sleep and now only lasts for about 5 hours. This means I have a broken sleep when I use this as it turns off in the night.I have timed this and it works from 11-5. That’s 5am!! It has woken me up a few times when I have work the next day.I bought this and contacted the seller to ask why the functionality is going down and they informed me I am within the warranty time scale so they can send me a few one. It is now 5 days later and they still have not sent it even though j have been messaging them almost every day since.They have now responded to ask for my address…This is ridiculous when the item should continue working & is clearly faulty. I have prime so I expected it the next day or within a few days.They can’t even be bothered to check my address details so haven’t sent the replacement.Very disappointed, wouldn’t buy this if you want it to last.
