Best flosser!
Love this flosser, just got it & used 3x. Handle seems sturdy, I can teach back teeth easily without putting my whole hand in. The flossing heads are easy to put on & take off. Received quickly with all that was stated.

Good for the money
When flossing the cartridge shakes a bit in the holder, whereas more expensive brands like Listerine or Reach are rock solid. That’s because the cartridge lock is simpler and plastic is less firm. That’s why the cost of refills is way lower for these, and after one day I think I learned to avoid the slight shake. So I’ll give this brand a chance. Packaging is very nice but who cares?

Just use normal floss--this is just as uncomfortable to use as normal floss, if not more
Unless normal floss is too difficult for your personal usage, maybe this is for you. But, for most, it's not worth it. I believe that this product, compared to conventional floss is actually more difficult to deal with because the handle is quite large which the whole product hard to fit in the back of your mouth, causing you to get saliva all over the handle and even on your hand. Also, I usually look in the mirror when I'm flossing so I see where to land the string of the floss, but because the handle is so enormous it totally blocks out my view of where to land my placement. Furthermore, another reason I prefer the conventional floss over this is because of the toothpick that most flosses carry at the other end that this product doesn't have. Moreover, besides the hygienic practicality of the tool, it's not necessarily the most pleasant to look at from someone else's perspective. My friend saw me using it and burst out laughing because she said it looked "interesting", "abnormal", and "goofy" due to how large the product was. She said it looked like I was brushing my teeth, only that my jaw was oddly pried wide open and my forehead was stuck to the mirror (I was trying to view my teeth while flossing). The only real positive I see of this is that the floss itself is thin yet strong which is a plus as it easily takes that nasty plaque out.Another sale point is the sustainability of "reusage", but that's purely for the handle as the heads of the floss are only for one-time usage which is quite similar to the average floss you buy from the store. I don't believe this is a negative whatsoever, but some may.

Great flossers with a very generous amount of replacement heads
I picked these up as I was starting to get a bit annoyed with flossers that constantly break on you while you're using them. You would be surprised how many uses of the flosser heads you can get out of them before they finally fail, and with the amount of replacement heads that you get in this package... I would say pretty easily that you're taken care of for a long period of time. Very well made.

CHOKING HAZZARD! Update. See edit.
The media could not be loaded. Update, company reached out to my message to them and let me know that they updated the floss heads and handles. The new and old ones aren't compatible with each other and that's why the floss heads won't lock in place. I let them know that when it comes to safety issues, such as this being a choking hazard, that when they make a design change and the parts aren't compatible, then they shouldn't be able to fit or go together in any way whatsoever. There was nothing in the packaging warning of a design change and the new floss heads will fit in the old handles but won't lock in. I also told them they need to reach out to everyone who has purchased these to let them know about the issue to help prevent an actual choking incident..............................................................We've been using these floss heads for 2 or 3 years now and they have been great. However, this last order that we received are defective, which was a 3 pack. Each pack includes a couple of handles and two boxes of floss heads. The floss heads won't lock in to the handles. The hole in the tab of the floss heads aren't opened enough or long enough to catch on the latch of the handles. We have a special needs 7 yo and we have to floss his teeth.I didn't notice anything at first when I put the first floss head from this order on the handle. When my wife went to floss his teeth, the floss head came out of the handle and almost went down his throat. My wife was able to catch it before it did thankfully. I went to put it back on thinking that I just didn't have it on good enough and it would not lock in. I went to grab another and the same thing. I tried about 4 of them, same thing. I opened another box, same thing after trying a few. I tried a few from all 6 boxes and none of them would lock in place. I even tried multiple handles. I came back to amazon to report it, but the only options it gives me are to either, return for a refund, or exchange with a new order when I try to contact customer service and it requires me to select a product from my previous orders. I tried to go through the seller, but it kept directing me to contact amazon. So I had to choose other option and something else in order to send them an email explaining what's going on. I told them that since all 6 of my boxes were defective, I would assume that at least that entire batch would be as well and they should be recalled. Will see what happens.I'm doing this review just to try and make others aware of the potential hazard.
