I have been taking these for a month now, I've been waiting some time to write a review of these because i wanted to really get a good idea of them and how good they can actually be over a long period of time, it annoys me when people review tablets on the first day of taking them when really you should wait a while because some tablets depending on the quality can become less and less effective over time, and I’m happy to say that after a month of taking these they’re just as good as day one!First of all ‘Turmeric Curcumin’ is not one thing, it's actually two, Turmeric AND Curcumin, these two tend to be used interchangeably which can make it quite confusing, Curcumin is actually a compound that is found in Turmeric which is a plantHere is some information on Turmeric Curcumin and what makes this one so special, or in the case, platinum.Turmeric and Curcumin are best known for their antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial and work very well together.They can also help regulate body fat, it won't slim you, but it will help a lot if you have eating disorders.Another reason which makes these really good is that they are good at controlling diabetes, which is why i take them as it helps reduce my symptoms.Now these tablets are a must if you suffer from any of these problems and this platinum series is so much better than their normal ones as they have 185x more bioavailability which basically means they’re stronger and your body absorbs them faster and better. I have spina bifida, arthritis and chronic pain. I am type 1 diabetic. Pain all over my body especially my back and neckI have no feeling down my left side from my lower back. Due to nerve damage.I have been taking these liquid curcumin for nearly a week and gradually I am starting to feel like it is working. I was on a lot of opioid pain killers and my gp has suddenly stopped all of them over night. I want to be taking natural pain relief rather than pharmaceuticals long term and if these work and relieve my pain this will be the Kindest solution for my problems. I haven't been taking these liquid curcumin long enough to feel the full benefits but initial thought is they will be worth their weight in gold.Thank you Nuunutrition for such a easy to take natural supplement.

I have arthritis in my left hip, Thumbs and knees, and at this time of year my joints (especially my hip) have been quite painful at times. I like to go out walking as much as I can to try and keep mobile, but after a 30 minute walk I’m in quite a bit of discomfort. My daughter told me to try turmeric, so I looked on Amazon and ordered these. The reviews were positive, they were in liquid form, (so better absorbing) and had vitamin D3 which I was already taking and needed to re-order. Have been taking them for about 10 days now and have noticed my joints are not aching like they use to. So much so that whilst we were away this week at a campsite In Norfolk, we went for a rather long walk through woodlands must have covered some 5 miles , and not a hint of pain. Also my hip doesn’t ache for hours after. So all in all I am rather pleased with this product and will definitely carry on using it it. I can also highly recommend this product to anyone with joint pain.

Been using these just over a week and have been using the Nu U Turmeric capsules. I think they are better and worth the extra money but time will tell. Turmeric has made a massive difference to the pain in my hands and it appears that these will improve it further due to the additional impact of the curcumin. If it does I will change to 5 star...if it doesn't I will go back to Turmeric. Will update this review with my findings.

I had been put on a painkiller by my GP for severe arthritis in my hip but didn't like the thought of the possible side effects over time. Before I started treatment my pain was almost continual and fairly severe. I thought I would try the Liquid Curcumin from Nuunutrition as not much to lose and wanted to stop the painkillers if possible. I have previously bought Vitamin D and Magnesium from Nuunutrition and found them to be excellent.6 days in I have the occasional minor ache in my hip when getting up but the pain has gone and no painkillers needed. My sister tells me she also takes Curcumin successfully for a similar problem but not this brand.I am really pleased to be able to use a natural products rather than pharmaceuticals and this has certainly worked for me. The capsules are easy to take and tasteless.Delivery quick and company very good to deal with. Thank you Nuunutrition.

I had read how people were getting pain relief by using curcumin/turmeric. I had been getting severe pain in the end of my index finger of my right hand from an injury in childhood that had come back a lot later in life, my guess arthritic something or other, I'm a brickie so every time it got a wee tap or knock the pain was almost intolerable, so much so I was giving a lot of consideration as to having the end of the finger surgically removed so as I could continue working. Since using this product the pain has literally disappeared. This effect happened after about a week, I'm now a month down the line and I would now have to bang the finger or chack it to make it hurt. I went on holiday and forgot to take the capsules with me after the two weeks my finger was back to hurting again. This stuff works, I dont know why, but it does and that's good enough for me

Bought it for a friend.He asked when will he feel any effects.Well I suppose he's expecting a miracle.Not sure what can I say.They are rather large on the eye to swollow.But other than that I haven't heard any complaints.
