Was awesome…until the valve broke
I have tried quite a few neck rolls, most of them are memory foam which do not provide enough support for my therapy purposes. I was excited to finally find this. It was the perfect size and firmness, with the added benefit of being able to deflate for traveling in a suitcase. Plus, with the one-way valve it was very easy to inflate. The return period was 24 days and, unfortunately, the valve broke on day 27. So, $50 down the drain. I’ll use the long one (wanted the short one) until it breaks or perhaps, if it lasts a long time, it will prove the other to be a lemon. Time will tell.UPDATE on 1/27/25, almost 1.5 years of using the long one one off and on, and the valve finally broke on this one too. Bummer; because I have not been able to find another neck roll firm enough, and yet soft. So, I don’t know, maybe the cost is worth it…you decide.

Well made and professionally packaged
These pillow are great when I'm sitting and need some lumbar support or when I'm laying in the Egoscue tower and also need lumbar and neck support. The strap works well for a variety of exercises. These were shipped quickly and are made well! I would recommend Pain Free at Sea to my friends!

Great company / products
This company was recommended to me by my Egoscue therapist. The products are great. The prices are great and really quick FREE shipping. Do wish I had an idea if some other items I need will ever be back in stock— the large foam block and slant board. I’d like to order from this company if I can buy not sure how long I can wait?

Very nice design and quality
These inflate easily with just a few strokes of the included pump (actually got two pumps so I have a spare). You can set any level of firmness easily and the valves seem self sealing which makes removing the inflator easy. You do want to seal with the included & attached caps to prevent leaks. The covering material looks and feels high quality; seems like a velour material, not plastic-ey but wipes clean well if needed.
