I was a bit worried about this holster when looking at the price and reading the comments but I am left very impressed. It fits great on 1911 style firearms. While it isnt molded to a 1911, it does offer a good 1911 cut. Unless you regularly do handstands while carrying, this will retain your pistol for EDC just fine. I was worried about it being too thin, and while it is much thinner than the leather holsters I own, it offers much more comfort, while holding the pistol close to my body. I am worried it may not last, but at this price I am comfortable using it and replacing it when it wears out. I don't regularly leave reviews, but I thought this pistol was worth leaving a good review. I would give this pistol 5 stars. I am a former Marine, former police officer, and currently work doing executive protection and conceal carry daily for my work and I think this will be my new 1911 holster for work.

I have spent hundreds trying to find a comfortable holster for EDC of my M1911. the search is over, this is the best holster I've found, and very affordable. we'll see how it holds up as others seem worried about this

The leather was surprisingly supple so no break-in was necessary. However, this may be because the leather appeared to be artificial faux leather even though the product description said “genuine cowhide”. I didn’t care for the white nylon stitching on the black leather, but a permanent black marker (Sharpie) fixed that very quickly, and it provides a much better look and a great value for the price.

The item is well made fits my 45.like a glove.and at a good price.

First off this is not a 1911 holster, having said that it holds a 1911 pretty well, but it is not form fitted to 1911, my M&P 22 mag fits nicely too, it will hold most large frame autos. I think it deserves more than three stars but don’t know if it deserves four. Definitely worth 16 bucks

Smooth and little Printing

The leather was very flimsy and thin, with a strange texture to it. Not high quality material, I didn't trust the thin leather to actually hold the pistol and it showed signs of already stretching out too much in the two days I had the pistol in it to give it some memory.Returned the item and was swiftly refunded, which was a plus.

This is a really great pancake holster! For the price I wasn't sure what to expect but others gave it good reviews. Yup they were right, it's a great holster. Really well made with nice stitching and finish to the material, totally recommend.
