As advertised… sort of
I love this bag! However, you will not fit a modern cell phone in the mesh pocket on top, ever! That said, bolt holes lined up perfect, love the divider and padding. Construction and material are top notch. Zippers are firm when new. I lubed with lipbalm and it helped. This bag is a little big for my everyday use but will be perfect for long (100+ miles) days and overnighters.

Well built and roomy
This has been working well. It is well built and holds my iPhone 13 in a case fine with a fair amount of room to spare at the lower end. Divider works well to keep keys placed there away from the glass. Able to slide other things in next to the phone.Mounts to standard top tube bolts and holds well that way even without the steerer tube strap that comes with it. Without the strap, it will lean when pressed or loaded but that's my choice. I got Salsa thumb screws to mount it so that I can easily remove in the field if needed. Not necessary. My only complaint to keep it from 5 stars is that the zipper is VERY hard to use. I believe it to be well waterproofed (we haven't had rain in months) but those very seals stiffen up the zipper to the point where I fear damaging it when opening. It does loosen up to a usable state with use but still stiff.

Simple elegant design
The bolt on top tube bag fit as well designed for my Trek Checkpoint. It is a larger size than others, and can hold my Samsung S10, plus protein bars, and a few tools. The zipper is somewhat stiff but I have had no problems with its use. There is a small pocket on the side that does a hold a credit card or ? but it is a tight fit and not worth the effort to pull the card in and out. The top sleeve worked well to slip cash in for a coffee stop, but like the side pocket, the compartment is small.I recently used the bag on the Katy Trail and loved the convenience of having access to stuff when stopping. It is fairly long and extends a ways on the top tube so smaller frames and riders may not have enough room to be comfortable standing or it may be awkward when swinging your leg over the seat and getting your footing if you don'thave adequate space. For reference, I ride a 58cm.I really like the size and functionality for longer endeavors but for daily rides, I'll use my seat bag.

Almost as nice as Revelate
I own three of these, and I can buy Revelate at dealer cost

Nice bag but might not fit your bike ...
Great top tube bag for the bare essentials. Good quality, nicely made, stays in place, IF the straps fit your bike. It comes with two traps of different lengths. You probably want to use both (one in front and one in the back) but you could use one in the middle instead. Unfortunately the straps will not fit perfectly on all bikes. Both the short and longer strap are too long for an old school round tube bike. The shorter strap works on some frames but not on beefy and/or asymmetrical frames. I mostly solved this by ordering two bags and using the long straps on my Trek Fuel and the short ones on my Giant Defy but neither fit perfectly but well enough to be usable.

Perfect Size
Bought this for a week long ride, wanted something bigger than a tri bag to hold phone, map, small snacks, sunscreen etc. Worked perfect. First day of use was in pouring rain - it held up pretty well but not completely waterproof. Nice quality bag. Would recommend. Fit my Trek Madone Road bike, no bulky sides or rubbing. 5 stars.

Won't work on a basic road bike!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This will NOT work on a standard road bike top tube. The straps on the bottom of the bag that attach it to the top tube are too long for a standard road bike tube diameter. The loops and hooks of the velcro are too far apart and will bypass each other when you wrap it around the tube. They just don't meet up, hence no velcro sticky.Apart from that it looks like a nicely made bag. I'm just a bit surprised they wouldn't make the hook or loop section just an inch longer so it would easily work on just about any tube. So I have to give it an overall fail because it won't work on your average, basic, standard road bike.I put a call in to Blackburn directly to see if there is some sort of work around but have not heard back yet. If I do and can resolve the problem, I will post an update of this review. If not, I will be sending the item back from whence it came.

Be careful if bolting on
The bolt holes don't quite match up with the water bottle holes on my Kona Sutra ULTD. They look right, but the spacing is off just enough to cause one of the bolts to thread weirdly. Luckily my bag just popped loose and flopped around at the beginning of the ride and only the screw was damaged. If you are a bit unlucky the threads in your frame could get ruined by this bag. Looks OK if you are just going to use the straps though.
