Q: can we save the RGB setting on mouse memory without running mouse software always in the background?

Hi, Thank you for selecting HyperX and providing me an opportunity to serve you. Yes, once you “Save to Mouse”, the profile will be saved into on-board memory and it does not required to have NGENUITY launch while using.

Q: Does this also work with macos catalina and big sur?

Hi, Thank you for selecting HyperX and providing me an opportunity to serve you. Regret that these features are not supported on Mac OS, but you may able to configure it on Windows 10 PC.

Q: Is it the newer version with button issue correct, I mean that there was an issue where both button will touch each other due to lack of gap btw them

This is the better one the one which had problem was corrected within a week after the release
