9/10 DID buy again
First bought this toy in July 2022 and just bought a second in December 2022 due to the first one being destroyed and unusable. My malamute is a master at any chew toys. If it doesn’t have a yummy or edible piece to it she has no interest, which makes this toy perfect. Whether this toy actually cleans teeth, I'm unsure, however it does preoccupy her for 30-45 minutes and I'll take it! Most “long lasting” toys/chews last my malamute about 5-10 mins. The only reason I'm giving a 9/10 is because after 4 months the plastic bristles and purple rubberized spikes start to fall off and I'm certain my dog has consumed them. I’m more concerned about her consuming plastic than the fact this toy inevitably falls apart. Which is expected when an animal consistently chews something, of course it will begin to break apart. My only feedback for the company is potential swapping the plastic for an alternative? If the toy is bound to break, minus we’ll make it something that’s edible/not toxic.

Good entertainment value, very durable but you will need to eventually order a new one
Our dogs FAVORITE chewing toy, with AND without treats! Photos show about 4 weeks wear under regular daily use. Other reviews mention the bristles and plastic studs breaking off, and the purple nubs do get a workout & break with normal use, but I haven’t had any bristles fall out on any of the ones we’ve gotten. Our dog also won’t eat the nubs after they fall off, so I guess we are lucky. It’s easy to tell when it’s getting towards the end of its use. We replace it monthly, (subscribe & save item) and I would recommend that if you have an aggressive or constant chewer - it will wear out with use, and they don’t sell the plastic nubby part as a replacement piece. Which they should! It’s the part that wears out fastest. The ‘bone’ part does get a workout too, but it’s very durable. At least for our 10mo old puppy - about 50lbs now, German Shepherd - it’s been a great purchase, durable & very entertaining as well as good for ‘brushing’ her teeth. I haven’t had any problems with them, and we’ve gotten 3 so far. You WILL want to replace it, but I feel it’s totally worth the money for the entertainment it provides.

My dogs favorite toy
I’ve bought 5 of these so far. My dog loves them. They’re good for power chewers and they clean teeth. The inside can get a little gross but it keeps her occupied for a LONG time. The replacement disks also last a while since I only give them to her as a treat. She likes the bone even without them, sometimes even sleeps with it.Only downside is the bristles fall off and I have to pick them up from where she’s chewing. I’m honestly a little worried about her swallowing them but they’re so small I assume they’d just pass through without any harm. I’ve started to fill the disks a little more sparingly out of caution but she loves this thing.

Great toy while it lasts
My dog loved this toy which the vet recommended to clean teeth, however the bristles (white part between Purple wheels) didn’t last a month. This toy is too expensive to break so quickly, and even if it does, it would be great if they sold replaceable bristles separately, so you didn’t have to pay $22 every time you needed new ones

Keeps our girl super busy!
Our Lola loves this thing! I reviewed the raw hide treats that go with this toy, but I will say the same here... I normally never give Lola any rawhide as they are dangerous (they expand in their belly, they can choke, etc). But this toy poses a great challenge for dogs. All they can do with this is gnaw and slobber, so she isn't chewing off big chunks, just small nibbles. Plus, the rawhide treats that go with it are so thin and narrow that I really don't think they pose any risk. Lola will spend minutes on end with this, super busy. It helps when we leave her, she has bad separation anxiety, so at least she has this thing that keeps her busy and engaged. We've tried a lot of other treats such as bully sticks and yak chews - but she can swallow big portions of those, then she gets diarrhea or throws up and it's a disaster, plus dangerous. She isn't interested in Kongs unless its filled with frozen PB, but even that only lasts 10 minutes. She doesn't care much for antlers, every now and then she'll chew on those for a few minutes and then gets bored. All that said, she likes this toy!! We recommend it!

DANGER!!!This thing almost sent me to the pet emergency room last night
My dog started hacking and drooling and trying to vomit and finally she vomited up these pieces of this supposedly safe chew toy she almost choked to death on these pieces. I had to reach down her throat and pull some of them out. Do not buy this unless you want a $2000 vet emergency bill or worse.

great for aggressive chewers but watch the bone!
This does keep my pitty occupied for a really long while! 2 things to be aware of. First watch the bristle part of this carefully. Usually it comes off in one piece but the last one i got shed (bought in store). Second thing is the bone itself gets really sharp after being chewed on for a while. I wish I could just replace the ends and not have to buy a whole new set up for one piece (if that's the case). I just toss it out and keep the spare parts that are good for another toy. I've had three of these in 5yrs with a very aggressive chewer (for reference we had two pittys 75lb teddy bear and our current girl 65lb princess) the first bone lasted quite a while with two pups. So I would recall this for anyone in my situation. I wouldn't recommend the bone with the big ball only in the middle. The ball outlasted the bone (its a backyard toy now)

85 lbs hyper Labradoodle
My dog eats through every toy and is bored within minutes. This is the only toy that she has interest because of the treats and she doesn’t destroy. It takes her at least 30 minutes to get to the whole treat when put on tight and it cleans her teeth as a bonus. I went and bought the small one too. She hasn’t destroyed either yet and we have gone through all the Nyla toys and tough chewers. None of them lasted or kept her busy. Thank you!
