Grands Love these
These are actually very nice. Nothing broken and the packaging was spectacular, the feathers at the end of the bow is a classic move, the wood is very nice. We sent the package to east coast and the 2 for one worked perfectly for grands son and daughter. We also got one for Grandson on the west, and now he can play with mother or father or come over and practice with Grandfather which he did. All 3 grands 7,9,10 yrs old is why I gave a this a FIVE. Their Grandfather has a very nice bow we got on Amazon. Well in a picture we sent to them with Grandfather new birthday bow they all saw it and wanted one like his. I could have got the lights etc bow and really contemplated it, but saw these and I wanted to try and find one like their Grandfathers, and I did read the reviews on these. But I had to go with the wood and was happy that the tips were rubber, I told the parents that if they fall off I read a great advice from one reviewer that said super glue them. These bows are authentic looking like their Grandfathers and I love how they look, as soon as the east coast got theirs out of the packaging our daughter said they ran out and started practicing, they sent pics with poses and grins. Same for west Grand. Bottom line, if they last a day it is so worth it!! and the arrows really whizzes, well that's how it sounded with the 7 year older lol, and go a distance, Their smiles and bow poses like Grandfathers is priceless. their loving to engage with the bow and arrow is priceless, its been a month and so far so good, they all like being outdoors anyway so this is perfect

Great skill building toy
I'm not really into weapons or toy weapons but my kids just wouldn't stop making fake bow and arrows with sticks. I'm glad I got these. I think it gives the kids the ability to play in a physical way that they were craving BUT it's not in a violent or haphazard way. These arrows are very bend and I don't think you could hurt or cut skin if you tried. This toy actually slows my kids down. They are 6 and 5 years old so it take a lot of concentration to load the arrow, hold it correctly, pull it back and aim with purpose. They actually are really quiet and purposeful when playing with these. They love it and they get a great confidence boost when they hit the target. We have only had them a week but no breaking so far. The feathers don't look too pristine as they are just glued on but I'm not bothered by that. The string is a clear hard plastic maybe? For the price the construction is great but if you are looking for a real real one you should look elsewhere.

Cute! My kids loved it
The quality was a little cheap but for the price it’s great. Functions well, the arrows can actually be shot from the bow effectively. Bought this for a birthday party, it made it through 2 parties. Kids 3-13 played with it and had fun doing sob

Great Tool For Teaching Range Safety
I am glad I went with this "toy" grade bow set rather than a "real" bow. I want to teach my kids range safety before turning them loose with target practice and this was the best way to do it. We have only had the set for an hour and I am very happy with the decision to go this route over an archery set that could really do damage. Within minutes of going over the rules of the range, each one of the boys got too excited and broke almost all of the safety rules. The bow is the perfect size to be used by all three of my boys, ages 3.5, 6, and 8. It gives them about a 25 foot range and pierces the cardboard shipping box nicely. All three boys are very happy with the "real" bow that they now have and I have peace of mind that nobody can be easily killed...I do have doubts about the sturdiness of the arrows, however. They are basically just pine dowels with feathers stuck in them for fletchings. The "nock" is a simple notch cut into the back of the arrow so it doesn't click onto the string and has to be held by the fingers. The nice thing, however, is that the arrows can be easily remade if broken. The bow looks like it will be sturdy if treated well (by the way, I am using the singular to describe this set, but the item actually comes with 2 complete sets, 2 bows, 16 arrow, 2 quivers, a bunch of targets, and two wrist guards). I hope to get a couple of years out of this set before the boys move on to actual archery equipment.

Our boys love this
We got these for our boys recently and they absolutely love them. The arrows are decent quality, with a nice thick rubber tip. The quivers are pretty cool too. The boys have a ton of fun with them which is rare nowadays with how quickly kids get bored of things

Fun but arrived broken
We were really excited about this gift for our kids, but one of the bows arrived snapped in half (you can see in photo that zip tie is still attached, it was broken when we opened it). So we only have one bow, which the kids really enjoy, but it puts a dampener on the fun, given we now only have one bow.

Bow is good but arrows you'll need more
So I gave this a good review because I got this for a Christmas gift in 2020 for my 9 and 5 year old at the time now 10 and 6.They absolutely loved it right from the get and sadly our last arrow died last month 08/08/2021. I will be buying more as they were such a hit at my home. We are located in AK and they held up fine in the heat and cold we have. The kids shot them all throughout winter and summer, did most damage to them definitely during summer and I wasn't mad, it's a good bow and arrow for kids. Didn't get a single cut, burn or rash from the string either and they got the hang of it quickly. Honestly it's not too difficult to use and my kids got really good at target practice too!The tips worked great too when the kids used the arrows as a sword 🤦♀️ not a single welt too but worked greatly on the target paper sent with it. It's our first bow for them and 10/10 would recommend for any family with kids starting out with a bow. I'd your worried about your kids arm just take a sock and cut a hole where the hand goes and they'll be fine. 🤷♀️ doesn't have to be fancy to be practical!
