I never thought I’d see the day when I’d be getting ecstatic about a Hoover - maybe I need to get out more! Seriously, this is the absolute bees knees, it’s got more suction than my Nan had without her false teeth.I’ve had Vax, Shark and a hugely expensive Dyson that haven’t come close to the performance on this little Beldray gem. I initially bought one for my in-laws who are in their 90s, hugely independent but were struggling with their old heavy hoover. This was perfect for them and they raved about it so I bought one for my daughter who had hurt her back and couldn’t manage her regular hoover, she has 3 children and a kitten so they produce enough floor crumbs to feed the five thousand, She also raved about it, so I bought myself one too.I have arthritis and have had spine surgery and with this being so lightweight, I can use it without any issues. It’s so easy to clean, pop off the plastic case, tip out the contents and clean the filter. It takes up limited storage space in the cupboard and because it’s nifty and light, you don’t mind grabbing it for a quick clean up or spillage, whereas with the standard size ones the effort of dragging it out of the cupboard makes you think twice and I end up using a pan and brush.It’s perfect for hard floors as well as carpets. I usually use a dustpan and brush in the kitchen which just moves dust bunnies and crumbs from one end of the room to the other, with this it’s literally a quick sweep and go. So easy for taking up and down stairs, and has handy attachments included.It’s mains operated, much better than cordless with limited charge hold, and just an all round super little bit of cleaning kit. I wouldn’t go back to my old one which hasn’t seen the light of day since this Beldray arrived.I would highly recommend and if and when this one stops working, I’ll buy another. Fantastic price too.

Brilliant product ! Light weight ..suction good ..extremely good with dog and cat hair on upholstery that was a lovely surprise..not too bad on carpets either and stair carpet..gets the worst of it and is less cumbersome than a conventional Hoover ! I really recommend ..will certainly buy again ..one for upstairs and one for downstairs!!

This vacuum is small light and portable. Decent suction for its size. As a mains powered hand held hoover it’s an excellent choice. The fittings to make it into an upright hoover are a little flimsy and the cable is quite short. Fine for a caravan or small flat, but not really for daily household use. Ideal as a spare.

This is a great little hoover, it picks up great, is easy to clean and lightweight. It could be a little sturdier but there no need to be heavy handed with it anyway. I mainly use it to get to hard to reach places, behind pipes, up high and for my rugs, but also for a quick whip around. Works fine on wood flooring.Can’t fault it for the price.

I have had several battery /cordless/rechargeable stick vacs, some top quality brand names, but all still with pathetic suction and now sold or in the bin. For this reason I wanted to see if there was a mains powered one that would likely be stronger but yet still compact. Many reviews of this comment on it's incredible suction for size and they are not joking! It's actually so powerful that it can be quite difficult to push forward on thicker carpet. I find it easier to pull it backwards and then forwards. It seems to have its own character but once you get into the swing with it it's easy and leaves the carpet much cleaner than my Henry professional vacuum! It takes 5 seconds, literally, to convert it into a handheld and it's easy to clean. I agree with others that the handle feels very flimsy but hopefully if used carefully it will hold up. On my tiled kitchen floor it was a breeze and the floor has never looked cleaner in such a short time. In my opinion this is perfect for a quick blitz of the kitchen floor or after crisps or popcorn in the living room rather than a whole house cleaner as it's very compact and has a small waste container. That's said I did a big farm kitchen tiled floor and living room carpet before needing to empty., the results were spectacular and for under £30! Great job Belfray Stick Vac !

Light and straightforward to use, great value for money, as many people say. It works well on my 2 carpeted rooms and wooden floor. Surely don't expect the quality of a £200 hoover from a £30 hoover and be gentle with it while emptying it etc, then it should last for a while.

Had for a year I always buy these micro hoovers , much cheaper to use and work just as well, take up no space at all, super convenient. They're always around £30 or less. This is the usual affair they always seem to be almost a rebranded OEM product. Only 600w Vs (approx.) 2000w for most normal sized hoovers , that's a huge difference an will add up over the year. I used the hoover a lot and leave plugged in and ready it's super fast and easy to use. The main dust chamber developed a fault and a part broke, the company replaced it and it works fine now, the handle is a bit wobbly, it's like it all didn't quite fit perfectly together which is an issue for a vacuum cleaner. Needs a vacuum. Probably won't last much longer I'll need a new handle , good customer service for a cheap hoover so I hope they replace , but it's annoying it's falling a part so soon.
