I use this seasoning all the time on broccoli, asparagus, salmon, chicken, and more. It gives everything an extra zing/dimension that everyone seems to love. Years ago, I was able to buy this (or something very similar) in a normal size little “spice rack” shaker bottle, but McCormick hasn’t sold it that way for years. Fortunately, I came across this restaurant sized container (and keep giving small packages of it to friends who like my cooking, lol). I will say that if I could mix my own, I’d reduce the salt, as it will show through if you use too much. But that said, I shake this seasoning on so very many things and love the results.
