Great product for normal health people
Just a heads up, do not take Berberine while on blood thinners. I was told by my Doctor to take this and it would have been a great idea but unfortunately I developed a blood clot in my left leg, not because of this product, I have a rare blood disorder called Low Protein S. So I am now on Eliquis ( blood thinner) and you are not to take Berberine while on blood thinners. I have given this product to my daughter and she loves it. Great for Everybody not on Blood Thinners!😊

Very bad reaction to this product be careful
I took this product and have been sick for one full week. I have had a horrible headache, burning sensation in my stomach and nausea. I do not recommend! Big mistake
