I was recommended these to help with hot flushes, also to help with skin and dry eye problems. These are large lozenge shaped capsules in gelatine, no problem for me to swallow, but if you have trouble swallowing the larger ones, don't buy in this form. They have alleviated the dry eye symptoms and reduced the hot flushes, so worth every penny to me.

Good source of omega 3.No horrible after taste.

Flaxseed oil is a version of Omega 3, but is generally cheaper for the same dosage than the fish-based ones. This supplier (at present!) gives the best value I can find for 180 1000mg doses. Can't say I'm leaping around like a spring chicken just because of these, but I haven't fallen over and my blood pressure is the lowest it's been for over 15 years, so I think it's money well spent.

I have taken these for 8 days for Dye Eye and what a difference they have made. No more `Wet Eye` or `Itchy red eye`- I noticed a difference within the first 24 hours but wanted to wait before submitting a review. I have used my eye drops only once since taking these. They`re Fantastic ! I still get the odd moment of dryness but its early days yet..... and I sit behind a PC all day ....... but definitely on my to buy again list. Nice white nails I have noticed too and improved skin. Delivered promptly too.

Bit early to tell if they work yet but they are easy enough to take... having just done a extended juice fast I was worried about how much hair I usually lose through juicing. So I increased the oils with these and it really seemed to help.

These USED TO BE vegetarian (according to the label). Not any more. NOW contains BEEF gelatin. Very deceptive. If it doesn't say VEGETARIAN it probably isn't. I will NEVER purchase these again.

Id bought these to supplement a vegetarian diet and expected the capsules to be veggie friendly (especially after reading the other reviews). BUT they arent they contain gelatin (and there are no veggie claims on the box).Im not inclined to throw away these kind of "mistake buys" which most vegetarians make every now and then.....but Im bursting them and discarding the capsule (and I wont be buying again). Its probably safer to stick to buying the oil, I would have done that initially (doesnt taste too bad) but it has a tendency to go rancid.

This product is great, but I think it should be made more clear that this product is vegetarian, not vegan. The product is flax oil based, but it does contain gelatin. Had that been made more clear, I probably would not have ordered it, but since I realized that after already purchasing the product, I will say the product is affective.
