Don't we get normal salt from sea as well? How is this different? And if I cook with this, what is the (pro&con)s?

It's texture is different from our regular salt. I make chocolate truffles and sprinkled sea salt over it as an added decoration. Didn't used for cooking.

Can it be used for hair spray?

Who uses Sea Salt as Hair spray.. it is used in dishes.. I make chocolate truffles and sprinkled a pinch on top of it (as a decoration)

Is it iodised or contain iodine??

It is natural salt and contains iodine naturally. Iodine is added advertised in process salt because the heating process destroys iodine and it has to be added back to make in normal.
