I have tried many other brands. However, I find this one to be the most effective. Also, it is not made from soy.It is pricey but worth it.

For the $60 you would think you wouldn't go through so much so fast but it is very very effective as a choline supplement. Even with the same dosage of citocholine it cannot hold a card to the alpha glycerophosphocholine potency. You will still want to supplement this with a little citocholine but for the most part alpha GPC gets the job done without compare for choline supplements. Additionally the liquid form makes this easy to take and you have to worry less about time of day.

This is an amazing product!!! I am giving this to my kids (pharmacist told me which dose is safe) and after a week or so I can tell a difference in their memory and how well it helps them focus! Whenever I run out of the product I can tell they start to struggle after a while. I give this to them and fish oil. I take this myself and I love it.

Incredibly sweet. Did not notice a cognitive benefit.
