🕰️ Time-travel your Sims’ style—because vintage never goes out of fashion!
The Sims 3 70's, 80's and 90's Stuff pack brings three iconic decades to life with era-specific clothing, accessories, and music, allowing players to immerse their Sims in authentic vintage fashion and cultural vibes from the '70s disco, '80s aerobics craze, and '90s grunge scene.

A great overall addition to the catalogue
This Stuff Pack is an add-on for the Sims 3. You must have the base game to use this pack.It includes a number of clothes, hairs, makeups, and furnishings organized around the themes of the decades. From catsuits and Saturday Night Fever polyester leisure suits all the way to grunge, from KISS face paints to 80s New Wave streaks of eye color, it's got a little bit of everything. It comes with two hairs for men, four for women, all pretty good and evocative of the era. Teens even get a little attention here with hairstyles I seem to be reaching for over and over again in my games. I really liked one updo for women that looked like it came straight out of a Madonna video (pre-peroxide-and-bullet-bra). There aren't any new shoes or accessories, and the makeup is extreme enough that you probably won't use it much, except for a 70s porn-stache that works surprisingly well on even non-70s male Sims. The furniture is really rad (see what I did there?). The Sims has always had an affection for 70s-ish furniture, and the 90s are recent enough that most of us won't think they're too different, but the 80s is where the pack really shines. The 80s as an era are really neglected in the Sims catalog, but they get a lot of attention here. It was just delightful to see the most popular media and furniture trends lovingly recreated here. The detail is, as always, really good, with a playful eye toward adapting the most iconic 80s sights (like those angular women's portraits every trendy home and hair salon featured) into something more Sim-like.The clothes are, overall, exceptional and evocative. Though no decade gets a ton of attention, each decade gets some. But the clothes are playful as well. Everything looks very well-detailed and I liked it all a lot. Anybody with an interest in the 70s and 80s especially will love these as they all look like they're straight out of a classic movie or MTV video, and the 90s clothes work very well for any punk or poor Sim concept. The 80s stuff especially was gorgeous, all color-blocking, layering, and weird sizing. About the only off-note was an MC Hammer outfit for men--it looks so ridiculous I can't imagine ever using it.Overall, in the week I've had this pack I've used it often enough and am delighted enough by seeing its offerings ingame that I'm rating this SP very highly. In terms of how much is in it, it might not seem like a lot, but like the Master Suite SP, this one makes up for its numbers with quality. If you happen to have a soft spot for the three decades in question, then you'll probably like this SP. If you don't care, or don't particularly like one or two of the decades in question, you probably won't. (As always, its rating of T for Teen is spot-on; there's nothing especially sexual about it, but a couple pieces of the women's clothes are a little skimpy for younger kids.)

Gahh! What a waste.
I should have read these reviews more thoroughly. So far, I own these expansions: (for sims 3) supernatural, island paradise, pets, university life,(and I love them!!) well, decided to try ordering a stuff pack which was the 80's-90's BS!! I'm really disappointed!!! Yes, there are a few new women's outfits that are laughable when tried on.. They scream the 70's and 80's, which is the exact reason I purchased. However, there are NO shoes.. NO accessories... I'm literally pouting over the fact that I thought for sure there were going to be some big triangle shaped 80's Barbie earrings.. at least some high heels... But alas, nada!! I am very let down by this "stuff pack". It will most likely be the very first and last stuff pack I ever waste money on again!

Loved it!
I had to buy it to replace one that was stolen from me by Bennet's Moving Company in Elizabethton, Tennessee. I usually pre-order all games before released, but this game I had to purchase as a replacement for the one stolen from me, instead....I am a SIM's Game Collector and had a whole collection of The Sims Online in original box, all Sims 1, 2, and 3...until this company stole from me, instead of helping me move...I hope to replace all my collection, again, really soon...yet it is costing a fortune since Sims switched to digital download and it is very hard to find on physical disk format, especially new conditions and Sims Online, Sims 1, 2, and 3...If anyone knows where else to look for brand new of any, besides here and eBay, please, reply. This is a great company and I love all their Sim's expansion packs... I have been a collector of Electronic Arts for a while...not just the SIM's...but, enjoy many of the games that these thieves stole from me...The great thing is the key code cannot be used by these thieves, since it was already used...well, at least on most of them...but, there are some not even opened I kept as collector's boxes...especially, the Sims Online box, and others so, will miss them and be very greatful when the thieves are in jail...Loving all the games by Electronic Arts...

Ehhh....
I have very mixed feelings about this extension. The physical game was fine. it was packaged and it downloaded fine.i'm really upset that it wasn't worth $20. the things you see on the cover of the game is literally all the things you'll get in the game. i was expecting a few things for every room type. kitchen counters, bed, couches, shower, etc. instead, you get a bunch of things for a dance room/living room and that's it. not worth the $20 you'll spend on it, i promise.

Mixed Feelings
Pros: I did actually use some of the furniture. I pretty much bought this pack for the disco ball and dance floor, but I ended up using some other things too. I also liked the disco and rap songs that came with this pack. (They were mostly if not entirely returning songs from other Sims games.)Cons: I had to take a star off because they released a 70s, 80s, and 90s stuff pack that didn't contain an afro, jerry curl, flat top, mullet, or cornrows. That's pretty much a sin. I also wasn't a fan of the outfits that came with this pack. (It didn't even have track suits.) Another huge disappointment was that the dance floor that comes with the game doesn't have customizable floor tiles, so if you want to use the dance floor you're stuck with the ugly red, blue, and yellow tiles.Overall I wouldn't recommend this pack. This could have been the best stuff pack but it was missing too much from these decades.
