Plug and play FOR REAL!
The kit advertises as plug and play. I probably have a bit more experience with electrical/automotive installs than many, but if you download the instructions AND follow them exactly it is a simple install. The difficult part was to get access to the ignition harness without destroying the plastic on my Mustang. The OBD2 plug provided in the kit did NOT fit in the Ford OBD2 plug slot so I had to order one from again. I did encounter one issue because of not following the instructions. After the module acknowledged that it had been programmed with the keys I didn't wait for it to give a second acknowledgment. But after I referred back to the instructions it went OK. I did not get the module to access via the ap as I didn't need that. Did I mention downloading and following the instructions to the letter???ADDED IMPORTANT NOTE: THERE ARE VIDEOS ON THE INTERNET WHICH WILL GIVE YOU A BASIC VIEW OF THE INSTALLATION. THESE ARE NOT SPECIFIC TO YOUR VEHICLE AND MAY MISLEAD YOU. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS DOWNLOADED WITH YOUR ORDER TO THE LETTER.

Simple install
I like the plug and play installation, done in less than an hour. Works well. Inexpensive for the quality. Only drawback was the obd II connector on my particular model has no way of rigid mount. No bracket provided.

Sort of plug-in-play
This product once installed correctly is amazing, relatively easy, and a life safer in cold mornings. The only thing I'd highly recommend is watching videos, As the key programming took over 5-7 attempts. Having to cut wires, While only 1, is not my ideal "plug-in-play". But if you have basic knowledge of how to deal with cut wires and an open circuit, It's a super easy setup. Be prepared to be upside down trying to remove one of the 3 Hex bolts under the steering column. Overall installation took 3 hours as I had to not let the blood in my head make me pass out. This again is not their fault as Ford is just a pain to work on. Another piece of advice is you should have an extension or a longer hex bit as the last one has a tunnel and requires at least a 3-inch bit. Would install it on my other vehicles and buy it again.

Easy install and Quality Product.
The installation and programming was very easy. 30 min install tops. The ONLY issue had was that the OBDII plug did not mount because it was slightly different from the OE port. Other than that everything was seamless.

It actually works good product for the money
I really had my doubts if this was going to work or not I had my technician installer put it in for me took them 45 minutes easy install he said it word flawlessly I'm Amazed it actually works!! You still need to put on your key to the start position text as soon as you press the brake without doing so the car shuts off first safety feature

Perfect product.
This is perfect. This was super easy to install and when I was having an issue, due to an aftermarket alarm, the customer service was incredibly helpful. I will definitely buy and suggest people buy from them.

Instructions were hard to get.
Instructions were hard to get and not very clear. The unit can be installed on multiple vehicles so there are lots of extra wires to deal with making it hard to install under the dash. The ODBII plug that came with the unit didn't fit into the opening that the old one came out of so I had to trim the dash for it to fit. Also, they modified the Remote to a "No Honk" method but the Instruction sheet still tells you how do program per the "Honk" method. There are only two small places where they state systems made after a certain date use the "No Honk" method. Why not have two different sets of instructions?
