Love theses swim buds!!
Amazing product! Love that I can listen to my music while swimming!!The swim buds are constructed well. Their fit and finish helps them, ergonomically, stay in the ear. I do not swim with a cap. I rely on the buds staying put once I place them in my ear.I use the medium sized ear buds to ensure the fit is secure and keeps the water out. I also use the free of charge “ear goo” (every time I swim) to help create a better seal.It took me a couple weeks of trial and error to find the best size ear bud and placement “procedure”, if you will. I started with the medium buds and went up a size and down a size, but ended up settling on mediums. Also, at first, I didn’t use any ear goo. This had my ear filling up with water a lot. I learned that if you place a small amount of ear goo on the base of the bud and place them in your ear before you get wet/ no shower, no swimming, they will stay in place for my whole swim. This also means once my earbuds are in and someone talks to me, I can’t take the earbuds out because they will get wet and lose their secure fit. I’ve learned to put them in and not take them out until I’m done with my swim. It works out because less talking means more swimming :)

New and improved
I listen to my phone while I swim or bike using a modified FM transmitter to a cheap $20 Waterproof FM radio/MP3 player and tested and tried MANY brands as I dialed in how to do this cuz you can't do it with bluetooth or 5.8ghz wifi wireless underwater, but you can an FM signal at 87.5 and swimbuds/Underwater Audio are simply the best. Improvements from older $40 white pair?-Night and day- WHOLLY CRAP THESE ARE GOOD!!!!- Hard plastic has a longer tube that goes much deeper in the ear canal that's textured to hold tight to same white rubber as the old version but in a new shape to keep water out and prevent the panic and noise of removing an earbud separated, stuck, and left in ear canal. I will always keep tweezers close just in case, but dought I will ever have to use them again.- Wire and cord is stronger and thicker and same "short" length, and comes with the same length extender to use when riding a bike or _______- Sound and base? Just as good if not better, and hey lordy mama- beggars can't be choosers- I'm able to listen to audio books and Spotify while I swim...and last, old white rubber earbuds does NOT fit these (well), be sure to order correct and or call customer service as they are US-based, easily reached, and make Underwater Audio second to none.

One of the better sounding swimming buds in market
Better than some I have try. Decent sound.Comfort is so so, the earbud stick out from the ear too far when fully inserted. After repeated fast swim stroke, it may fall out.Left side earbud volume loss about 60% after almost a year of 3 times a week use. So 1 side about twice as loud, making music very irritating to listen to.

It was great while it worked but only worked a month and a half
It was great while it worked but it only worked a month and a half. I bought these specifically even though they were more expensive then others, in the hope that they would last longer. In reality, these lasted less than my previous cheaper pair. I am very disappointed and frustrated.I contacted the company and they kindly sent me another pair which lasted for 3 months. What a pity cuz when they worked, they were great for MP3 listening in the water.

Good fit, good sound, well built
I've used ear buds costing about 1/3 the price of the Swimbuds Flip. I've replaced them 3 or 4 times because the wire became dislodged and one of the buds stopped working. In addition, the sound quality was poor. The diameter of the Swimbuds Flip wires is at least twice that of the cheap model. In addition, the junction between the right and left wires appears waterproof. While I wasn't expecting much for sound quality (you're swimming and there's a lot of extraneous noise), the Swimbuds' sound quality is very good. You can hear lower frequency sounds in addition to high. I've used the Swimbuds 15 - 20 times, swimming about 60,000 yards in a fresh water lake. They're holding up really well. Conditions are frequently moderately rough and the Swimbuds stay put (haven't tried any flip turns yet but jumping off a dock doesn't dislodge the Swimbuds). Two suggestions regarding fit: (1) if they fit one ear well but not the other, try using inserts of different size. (2) Put a product like Goo or Vaseline on the buds before inserting them in your ears. This has two salutary effects, the buds slide easily into the ear canal and the Goo keeps water out. Improved fit results in better sound.Throw away those cheap earbuds, get some Swimbuds Flip, plug them into your ears and your favorite waterproof MP3 player (mine is an iPod Shuffle waterproofed by Underwater Audio) and go for a swim.

Hallelujah, they work beautifully!
I have a Sewobyte MP3 player for lap swimming. I've been using the earbuds that came with it. Tried every tip, tried foam tips, nope, spent way too much time messing with them. Could barely hear, even with the volume all the way up. Finally broke down and bought these. Read the directions, popped them in my ears, and started my laps. I swam 72 lengths, 60 minutes, never had to touch them! They stayed in, they worked beautifully. I thought it was a fluke. Next 2 swims, again, perfect! OK, they don't have the sound quality of, say, Bose, but more than good enough to get me through my swim. Thank you!
