If only I had this years ago!
I can't say enough good about this pillow. I have suffered with neck pain for years due to ruptured discs. This is the only thing I have found that relieves the constant pressure I feel on the back of my head. I experimented with how far back to put my head and once I found the right spot, the pain relief was immediate. It also helps me go to sleep faster due to the immediate pain/pressure relief. It makes my body relax. It's recommended to not lay on it more than 15 minutes at a time. I would agree as I have fallen to sleep while using it and woke up with my head numb (weird feeling!). My son likes to use it on his back. This thing works better than all the chiropractors, therapists and doctors I have seen.....and it's much cheaper!

Great for relaxing neck and shoulders!
I work a desk job and carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. Just using this for a few minutes a day stretches and relaxes those muscles and I feel immediate relief. After just a few minutes of using this, I can see and feel that my shoulders no longer roll forward. I don’t have any major back problems like slipped discs, so I can’t speak to the effectiveness for something like that, but if you’re someone who tends to tense up your neck and shoulders, this thing is amazing for relaxing all those muscles!!

Well worth the investment and time...
This neck and shoulder relaxer has been a helpful addition to my routine for easing tension. The contoured design really cradles the neck, and I definitely feel a stretch and release in my upper back and neck muscles after using it for about 10-15 minutes. It's quite firm, which I personally like for getting a good stretch, but it might be too intense for some, especially when first starting out.I've noticed a subtle improvement in my TMJ-related discomfort and a general feeling of better alignment in my cervical spine. It's not a miracle cure, but it's a noticeable aid, especially after long days of sitting at a computer. The material seems durable enough, and the dark blue color is nice and doesn't show dirt easily. It's also lightweight and easy to store.Overall, for the price, this is a solid tool for at-home neck and shoulder relief. Just be prepared for the firmness and maybe start with shorter sessions to get used to it. It's a good step up from just stretching alone.

Finding Relief in a Simple Curve
Finding Relief in a Simple CurveMy neck has been a source of constant discomfort for years. Stiffness, tension headaches, that persistent ache that just won't go away – it all felt like an unavoidable consequence of spending too much time looking at screens and not enough time maintaining perfect posture (does anyone actually have perfect posture?). I've tried massages, heat pads, stretching, and even some questionable contraptions in the past, but nothing provided lasting relief. I was looking for something simple, effective, and easy to use at home. This RESTCLOUD Neck and Shoulder Relaxer seemed almost too basic to work, but its simple curve has brought surprising comfort. This device is essentially a firm piece of foam with a specific ergonomic shape designed to cradle your head and gently stretch your neck. It's lightweight, portable, and requires absolutely no setup. You just lie down, position it under your neck, and relax. The instructions recommend starting with just 10 minutes, and I found that was a good starting point to get used to the sensation. When you first lie on it, you feel a gentle stretch and traction in your neck. It's not painful, but you can definitely feel it working. It encourages your cervical spine to settle into a more natural curve. I focused on breathing deeply and allowing my neck muscles to release. After just a few sessions, I started noticing a difference. The chronic tightness in my neck felt less intense. The frequency of my tension headaches decreased. It's not a miracle cure, but it provides a noticeable reduction in discomfort. Using it regularly has become a simple, non-negotiable part of my evening routine. It's just 10-15 minutes of lying down and letting the relaxer do its job, and the payoff in reduced tension is significant.I love how easy it is to use and store. It doesn't take up much space, and I can use it anywhere I have a flat surface to lie down. The material is easy to wipe clean. If you suffer from neck tension, stiffness, or headaches and are looking for a simple, affordable, and effective at-home tool for relief, this RESTCLOUD Neck and Shoulder Relaxer is definitely worth trying. It's a basic concept executed well, providing gentle traction and support that can make a real difference in how your neck feels.

Be careful!!
I purchased this device about two months ago to correct my posture, which was contributing to problems with my shoulder. Initially I found it very helpful. It was comfortable to use and I noticed improvement in my posture. However, about a month ago I stayed on it for a longer period of time, probably around 10-15". Since then I have been experiencing an increasing level of vertigo, to the point where I cannot walk without holding onto something or someone. After contacting a family member who is a chiropractor, I learned that this is due to a shift in the crystals in the ear canal and is correctable by using the "Epley maneuver." Hopefully that is the case. She also said that this device should only be used by someone who is receiving regular chiropractic adjustments.FOLLOW UP: I posted the above review on 9/4/23. The following day I was contacted by the seller apologizing for the difficulty I experienced and offering me a full refund. I was quite impressed by the professionalism of the seller in reaching out to me and offering a refund, which I had not even requested. However, I chose not to accept the offer because my problem occurred as the result of not using the product correctly per the instructions. My husband assisted me in performing the Epley Maneuver (we watched a YouTube video) and my vertigo rapidly improved. Once I resume chiropractic treament, I plan to beginning using this product again according to the recommended guidelines, as I was truly beginning to see benefits.
