Perfect for automatic pet watering system
The media could not be loaded. I searched for a long time thru hundreds of brass barb fittings to find these but I'm super glad I did.These were perfect for the automatic watering system I was building for my rabbitry.I used these with 1/2" npt pvc fittings to go from 3/4" pvc to a 5/16 inner diameter hose that would ultimately go to a rabbit water nipple.I didn't need a brass fitting for a gravity feed watering system. That would have been overkill.These threaded in perfect and were excellent quality.I used fastape pipe tape and wrapped it around 4 and a half wraps and zero leaks.Would highly recommend and would buy again.

g1/2 is the length of the barb not the width of the threading!!
i suppose this one is on me for not knowing nomenclature here, the threading is 3/4" package arrived quickly and manufacturing on these seems good with sharp threads and minimal flash from injection molding

Work well with some adjustment
I need to convert the Mini split condensation line to a 3/4 sch 40 PVC pipe for a long 20 ft horizonal run and it do it well. The mini split was installed on a interior wall, so external wall drainage wasn't possible. The factory condensation line was little of the issue, you just have cut the area with wider mouth to fit the 5/8 in barb and using a hose clamp to really sealed it from leaking. Next you get a 3/4 female S x FPT Adapter and finally to a 3/4 PVC pipe

Wrong size sent - otherwise they look fine
The product I received was not the same as the product I ordered. The threaded end was 5/8” rather than 3/8” as shown in the product listing. It was too large for my application, so I sent them back. However, despite being unable to use them, they appeared to be decent quality. They were a light tan color, not white. Otherwise they seemed fine.

Seem well made
They're molded plastic, what can go wrong? These look good though. No burrs on thread. Very fine parting line from more. All sizes correct. Good value.

Connects garden hose to 1/2” drip tubing
Exactly what I needed for my drip irrigation. Couldn’t find this adapter at 3 kinds of home Improvement stores. Makes connecting a 3/4” garden hose to 1/2” drip irrigation tubing easier. Cheaper than the brass fittings.
