Heavy quality doorknob
Solid, heavy knobset of good mid-range quality, very happy with it. Definitely a solid upgrade from the big-box store brands. We paired it with a Kwikset Powerbolt 250 PIN pad deadbolt for entry from inside the garage and are relieved not having to worry about the key. This serves as a secure backup route into the house if we get locked out (which unfortunately has happened, and in the middle of winter).If 2-3/4" backset is needed, the 2-3/4" latch must be ordered separately as this set is NOT adjustable -- only a 2-3/8" latch is included -- so measure before starting your install and call Emtek if the other latch is needed. Other than that, no complaints and Emtek customer service is quite helpful. Will probably install this same setup on our front entry in the near future.

Knobs are well made and beautiful
Knobs came well packaged, and are a beautiful bronze color. The working mechanisms are very sturdy and well made and operate smoothly, definitely worth every cent, I plan to purchase more to finish out the rest of the home.

Product great, but one was received damaged
This is a beautiful and high quality doorknob set. My first order was great and it was brand new and unopened. Installed and decided to order more. Second order of two knobs, it appeared both were opened boxes. Installed one and it was in perfect condition with all parts. The other was scratched up and missing the aligner part shown in diagram. As this one was going on a closet door and scratched part would be inside the closet, I was able to install anyway without the alignment piece. Disappointing for a $100+ piece of hardware to be received damaged and missing parts. I plan to put these throughout my home and hope future orders are better.
