After living 5 years in Brazil, this is the real deal. Truly the taste of Brazil. The authentic brand they use there. Makes a perfect unique appetizer. Make for a party to impress your friends. Its very exotic. And delicious. And super easy to make.

I used to make cheese bread with tapioca flour and different cheeses. After getting the YOKI powder, I just mix up the content with water and eggs, make 16 to 20 cheese bread balls and bake them in the toaster oven!

I wish they’d ship more quickly because these don’t last long in my household :-)Great product for a house of pão de queijo lovers.

I spent the first five years of my life in Brazil and my American parents both spoke Portuguese fluently and introduced me to Brazilian food and culture. This is one of my favorite foods ever, and the lingering memory I have of Brazil. Fluffy, moist and made out of Tapioca flour, these little rolls are nothing like American cheese bread-- seriously they aren't! Its hard to describe the taste of one these hot out of the oven, and they're just as fabulous cold.Yoki is the best maker of the dry mix, and you just add eggs and oil and pop them in the oven for an easy, delicious treat or side dish. They never turn out wrong.

It arrived even before the estimated delivery date. Very well packaged and just a delicious Brazilian snack!

Not as tasty as other pão de queijo mixes from the same brand. Mix that came was not the one in the photo.This mix requires knead the bread dough “sovar” and taste slightly like sour cassava starch “povilho azedo”. Disappointed with this purchase.
