I'm a PE Teacher & my school bought this for me, but it didn't come with directions on how to put it together or use it. Since I didn't purchase it myself, I can't find contact info how to contact them to ask for that information. It may work amazingly well, but I can't find that out until I find out how to assemble & properly use it. ;)
