The length of the screws that come with this are VERY long. We were afraid to hit a water line or something so we used a little shorter screw. I’m only giving this 3 stars since the design for the installation process is far from easy. First of all, the frame that goes up against the wall is separated from the part that screws into the wall. It connects to the wall mount portion that screws in but you really have to jam it on there and hold it to figure out the correct height and level. Make sure you level this many, many times as I did. It’s truly a pain to install. Also. Make sure you have the frame on when you are leveling it to draw where the screws go in. If you don’t do this then you will screw up where to draw the mounting holes and it won’t be level. I almost did. The whole attachment feels plasticky even though it looks metal. Sadly this is the only matching attachment for the handheld shower. My advice is to maybe put a couple dabs of super glue to at least hold the frame on for when you mount it. Use caulking generously when you are done mounting it. If you use just a little when you spread it around to get it even, there will be so little you will have to add more and it will just make a big mess. I hope this helps anyone.

Yes, the internals are that sturdy, fibrous ABS plastic and once mounted it is solid as a rock and it goes perfectly with all the other bits like the METAL Euphoria wand, but the plastic exterior construction is really sub-standard for the price.
