My husband is 40lbs down with these!! He takes 3 twice a day and eats right. Also works out a few times a week. He loves these and its really helped him keep the weight off!!

I have used this product plenty of times in the past and it worked well. Twice within the last 3 days I have gotten these pills and they been busted an unusable. Amazon has given me my money back so that's not the problem... but the warehouse these are being shipped out of needs to be checked!

I have not taken these long enough to know if they are doing anything. I do feel super stuffed super quickly after taking these and I they do make you burp raspberry lolThey do upset my stomach but I started out with one, two times a day and upped it to two.I am used to cla and l carnatine but first time for raspberry keystonesI read a review that says they don't have the recommended amount for lcarnatine or cla. But I liked that they were combined and I don't know if it matters how much because some is better than none? (Don't quote me, I'm not a dr) I will update if I see results or not.

I stacked this item with Super HD per the Cellucor website as they recommend this stack and deem it a safe stack. After two weeks into taking these regularly my right leg went numb. I stopped taking this, but the numbness lasted almost two weeks. It was pretty scary, honestly. I'm not giving this product a low star rating for that reason, though. It's not the company's fault that my body had a bad reaction to this product - I've seen it work for plenty of people and friends of mine who didn't have this problem.My three star is more of a "nuetral" review of the product. I did lose five pounds in the two weeks that I stacked the CLK and HD paired with exercise, so I would have to say it does seem to work.CLK pills are kind of large, but the coating is smooth and makes them easy to swallow. But if you have a bad gag reflex or have a difficult time swallowing larger pills, these aren't going to work for you.

Everything was perfect with the product, it arrived quickly and well packaged.
