Used them for almost a month.
Well I was hoping these would make a difference. Well almost a month now and I can tell a little difference. Plus I don't get tummy issues with them so that is a 5 star for me. I'll continue with this product as I saw enough difference with them.

Loved it, but can't take it anymore
I really wanted to love these vitamins, I slept better, woke up in a good mood, better mood all day but I had terrible bloating from it unfortunately, I took it for 3 weeks everyday & the bloating never stopped, didn't take it yesterday or today and no bloating . I think it's worth a try to buy the 30 pills to test it.

IT CHANGED MY LIFE
I am SO GLAD I discovered this multi-vitamin. I've been taking it less than a month and have noticed a significant difference in my mood--I'm even occasionally having moments of joy that have been missing for a long time. My sleep patterns have improved--After years of being unable to go to sleep and stay asleep, I'm now able to sleep with only an occasional night when I experience minor bouts of insomnia. I've also noticed a BIG difference in my short term memory. I had been taking Previgen but it didn't seem to help. I started taking this vitamin and my memory seems to be improving every day.
