Perfect field service everyday bag.
I spent hours looking for the perfect bag. I’m field service and needed something with a lot of storage for office items (laptop, paper, cables, etc.) and a small set of tools that I use frequently (drill, label printer, screw drivers, you get the idea). I was carrying this stuff in a backpack and it was killing me. Have to say this bag checked all the boxes. The last must was the baggage sleeve so I can slide this bag into of my Larger toolbox when needed. Perfection!!!! Appears to be of good quality will update after a few months.

not true 17" case
i have a new thin and light HP Envy 17" laptop which is why i bought this case - tried and tried and it WILL NOT fit into the computer sleeve in the bag - it will fit in the computer section outside the sleeve so i will buy a single sleeve to use - does not have a wrap to join the 2 short handles together which would have been really nice - otherwise it seems as functional as any other rolling computer case - 3 stars because it is adequate for the job but nothing outstanding or special

So my biggest criticism is the handle situation...instead of one affixed by the roller handle...there are 2 floppy handles, which means you have to stop and bring them together...you would think that is no big deal...but it is! I am used to just reaching and grabbing with one hand...this takes 2 hands to get the 2 floppy ones together...other than that it is a great bag!
