Love this salt substitute. It is light when sprinkled on every item and no after taste or strong flavor like real salt. It is healthy and my blood pressure does not increase when I use it.

Hell with salt. This is the best salt. Try to tell the difference.

Been hooked on No Salt for years now. A great salt alternative to reduce sodium in ones diet. The plus side is that the taste is MUCH better than salt. Tried all other alternatives & this is the absolute best.

Better then salt

Sigh, getting older and being told to limit your salt intake for reasons is not fun. I have read people with kidney problems should consult with their doctor before making this substitution for salt. FYI. I am not a doctor.I am the family chef and I have made many adjustments to accommodate the changing dietary needs of my charges. This salt has a sharper flavor than table salt so you will want to use less of it. Mostly you can substitute it at about 90% of table salt in many recipes. As for "salt to taste," start off a less generous sprinkle, as the flavor is not the same; its sharper, and it take a while before you stop noticing the difference. If you sprinkle like regular table salt right away you aren't gonna like it.I was voluntarily using the lo salt before. I had to move to this variety because reasons. If you are just looking to eat less salt using Lo Salt might be a way to transition into this product.I have notice the price for this product seems to be increasing a lot. I don't know why, but I will keep using it because I need to.
