Excellent for Treating Cluster Headache
The 25 lpm setting works well with a non-rebreather mask to deliver close to 100% O2 efficiently (without waste.) The construction is solid. I have been through over 100 E-cylinders, and it has a few dents from backing over it with the car and tipping over tanks. It works as well as it did the first day. Regulation is consistent from 2200 to about 700 psi.If you like to use up your tanks fully, here is a hint: The 25-lpm setting fades faster than the 8-lpm setting when the reaches about 500 psi. It seems like I get better flow at the 8 lpm setting when I am sucking the last few lungfuls out of a tank :-)If you have Cluster Headache and have never heard of high-flow oxygen therapy, ask your headache specialist about it. If they don't know about it or are not enthusiastic about its effectiveness, you are going to the wrong headache specialist. You can find some excellent studies on the Internet. If you want to be kind to other hapless patients that don't know better, try to educate your soon-to-be-former specialist before you leave.I have had Cluster Headache for over 15 years, chronic for the last 6 years. (At least that long. It took a while to find a specialist who realized what my headache logs meant and gave a diagnosis.) During that time, I dabbled with 4-15 lpm through a nasal cannula. It was less than 50% effective. With the 25 lpm option, a non-rebreather mask, and a 3 liter buffer, my full abort rate is better than 95%. It is well worth your while to try this, combined with an aggressive treatment regimen (start aborting within 3 minutes of noticing onset of pain.)

Great Quality Regulator
I wanted a spare regulator, so I decided to go with this one since it looked quite similar to the one I already have from the oxygen provider. I have to say, it's very well made, and has numerous settings from .5 to 25 liters per minute, It came fully ready to go, with the gasket washer in place and everything else. I put it on the tank connected the line and away we went, works well, and I'm pleased so far, I've had it a week and use it every day. Easy to mount on the tank and to take off. I highly recommend this unit for someone looking for a reliable back up or second regulator. Time will tell how it holds up, but so far so good.

Wrench came without bungee cord attachment
The oxygen regulator is fine. However, the wrench needed came separately, looked worn, and used and had no attachment bungee cord. Wish we could have somehow contacted manufacturer to just send a new wrench/ or at least bungee attachment. Rather than send the whole thing back. Oy, just bought a separate wrench/bungee set all together.

just what I needed
I had a medical O2 bottle and this fit perfectly on the bottle. I am using it to add O2 to my beer wort before adding yeast. Can zero in the right volume amount

Quality replacement regulator.
This seems to be holding up very well for my mother's back up oxygen tanks. We discovered the regulator supplied by her oxygen supplier was defective and they wanted to charge her 75.00 for a replacement. Of course we told them to stick it and purchased this one on Amazon. It easy to adjust the oxygen delivery, and has held up well being bounced around during transport while she has traveled by car when her battery operated unit's battery has died. It has taken a couple of good hits to the regulator body (it took a 3 foot fall when I dropped a tank with it installed) and hasn't caused it any issues.

Fits a regular size tank
I have several oxygen tanks. the comany that supplies the oxygen will only give me two regulators so I had to buy. These work great.
