Great addition to our bathroom
Due to a stroke, my wife has balance and walking difficulty. These handles allow her to get on and off the toilet. Assembly was easy and didn't take long at all. My only complaint is that the handles are not as sturdy and stable as they should be.

Very easy to install.
The only problem we've had with this device is that the screws, holding it to the toilet, have to be tightened every few weeks. Other than that, the frame works great, just as expected.

works great on a 17" stool.
This was easy to install. It works without having to install the safety bars on the wall. It is a little shakey as you put weight on it but not so much that it is in the least unsafe. It easliy supports 200 lbs. I don't know If it would hold someone over 350 lbs even though it has an adjustable width that might accomodate that girth since neither of us are over 180 lbs. It is a good buy for the cost.

It’s more of a 3.5 for rating
Easy to put together and install does its job well I haven’t fallen yet. After some time through they do get wobbly and I’ve tired all the tricks and it’s just the way it is now.Does its purpose well but it will degrade quickly

Knee replacement
If you are having a knee replaced, then you absolutely need this. It was a life saver for me!!
