I grew up in NY so I love love love this cup. The only problem I have is that it actually holds a little less than 8 ounces of black coffee. I only drink Nespresso Intenso coffee, which is just under 8 oz, and it is juuuuust a little too much liquid for this cup. The item description needs clarification.

Whenever people see this mug they always ask where I got it. I’ve recommended it to friends and they have purchased it as well. Makes a great gift, especially for a New Yorker.

Great cup, but you should order the larger one and get one with a fitting lid to travel with, the above cup kinda small.

I’m from New York and love sharing NYC culture with my partner here on the west coast, so I bought him this mug for xmas. He uses it every day. I was surprised by the high quality. It’s a sturdy mug with a clear, beautifully printed design. It looks just like the little paper ones you get from food carts on the street. And it’s lasted in the dish washer for over half a year. Love this!

I love the design as it is classic NYC but this def does not hold 10 oz. Max would be 7-7.5 to be able to drink out of comfortably. 8oz is to the very brim, nearly overflowing. But it's good for a cappuccino or double espresso with milk. Too small for coffee IMO.It also gets VERY hot. If you have a pod machine, don't brew into it.
