I went with out these for about four months and noticed I craved snacks and even put on a few pounds. Once I started these again, I am less hungry, digestion is better and I've even dropped a couple of pounds. Highly recommend- only downfall is must remember to take one with each meal.

for some reason there is something in the product that I am allergic to. I broke out in boils, even in my ears. and there is no refund, even on the unopened bottles. please, if you are going to try this Bio-X4, buy one bottle. this way you know how you are going to react to it because, you can't return the other bottles. what a rip off. now i know never to buy from this company again.

This product made me nauseous. I vomited and had loose bowels at the same time. Make sure this is for you

I have been taking this daily for 4 years. The only reason I take it is because it helps me poop. I make sure to take it when traveling because we all know that the only place that you can really poop comfortably is at home - so this helps me go. I have had no results in weight loss or anything else it mentions - just the poop part. And for that - at 60+ yrs old, I will continue to purchase it.

Helps you eat less

I have been using this product for over 90 Days with no difference in regularity, weight loss, appetite control or anything that they claim. I guess it depends on your body type and wether you buy into the hype of what they say. I will not continue using this product as you could probably by all the ingredients for cheaper than the amount they sell one bottle for. I would not recommend this product.

I don't know what's in this stuff and I don't care. All u know is I'm getting the best sleep I've had in years! I have more energy and I'm getting more things done! I don't need to rest or take any naps. I come home from a night out and actually have energy to change and hang up my clothes! Today I was up and out late morning going out to a group lunch, came home, focused on mowing my lawn and then going to a show in the evening. I haven't multi-planned anything in years like I have this week. I rode my bike 10-12 miles 4 times a week ago, and feel very motivated to do more stuff!! Cravings don't run my day and I find myself eating healthier. I'm going to be 70 at end of the year. My focus is staying healthier so I could live longer and fulfill my retirement bucket list of hobbies and outdoor activities. This product is exactly what I needed.
