shifts great on wide compact double
The wide-narrow chainring is made for 1x drivetrain. I grooved a 42T 6061 bright-finish chainring over a few years making the shift from 26T to 42T. I wanted to find a 9-sp rated, hard-anodized 7075 ring - next to impossible to find in a 2x road ring in the current market. Bit the bullet and tried this one. It shifts wonderfully in this position - right now, no fuss, no overshift (bash guard from BBG). This gravel bike double functions mostly as a 1x9 on the road, and I use the small ring for single track and extreme grade. Quality USA chainring - well-machined, perfect offset, thick hard anodize - just what I wanted.

Replacement chainring.
I change out my 2 by chain ring on my trek crossrip from 2013. Made it into a 1 by and this has been great. The 1 by original chainring kept jump off under heavy load by this hasn't come off once.Would recommend.
