Alleviated my knee pain by a lot
Really great stuff especially for the price. I had really bad knee pain from a skiing accident and it got worse from sitting around and gaining weight. Obviously they aren’t the solution, but I wouldn’t be able to sleep and I started taking 6 of these a day and the pain went away after the first two or three days. I took them like that for a month and I have been exercising more, but I was exercising then too. I have stopped needing to take them because I don’t have anymore knee pain and I also don’t crack as much as I did. I took these with vitamin D. I tried S-ame as well, but I always felt like it made me sad so I stopped. These are by far the best for alleviating pain. I think it’s the turmeric which is an anti-inflammatory. I’m sure it’s helping grow my cartilage back, but not being in pain was just so wonderful.

Too early to know.
I have not had any problems using this product. Capsules are made to dissolve quickly. It does require three capsules daily. I have just began to use this product.

Made in USA & helps my joints.
My joints feel better when I take these & I usually only take 1 a day. Made in USA! Other ingredients not bad. This is my 2nd bottle.

This is a good product
I have been taking glucosamine for years and always wonder “is it doing anything really?”. The stuff with just glucosamine and chondroitin hasn’t really done the advertised job for me. But, this stuff with the added turmeric and other anti-inflammatory chemicals (natural substances), is noticeably helping me.The rating categories of taste and ease of swallowing aren’t all that relevant to me. They are large in gel capsules. They taste “meh”. But, I really only care that they actually do some good. So not sure my ratings help others understand that they work well.

A supplement that truly works in providing joint pain relief
I like to do plenty of cardio and occasionally some leg workouts. After a while, I begin to feel some joint pain on my knees. Not knowing what to do, I would put on IcyHot cream thinking it would help but alas, it didn't. I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to workout anymore.The I did some research on the subject and decided to try out some oral supplements starting with this supplement. I wasn't really expecting it to do much in my case since I am the sort of person who is skeptical of supplements and fast cures. After two weeks of taking these capsules, I noticed that my joint pain on my knees gradually disappeared.They are easy to swallow and leave no nasty aftertaste. I have been able to continue with my workouts including doing more weightlifting. I don't want to skip leg day!

My bones are getting stronger with this product.
I need all the help I can get for my bones, and they are getting stronger by taking this product. I highly recommend it for my family and friends.
