Nice alternative to mason jars
I have started taking bentonite clay for detoxing. It's important with that you not use anything metal to measure, stir, or store it because it will negate the magnetic aspects that are so good for detoxing. These work great!

So versatile!! I love the large jars. I use them for making my cucumber salad and they are perfect!! Easy to clean because these are not too narrow. Great quality!! Perfect packaging!!

A bit heavier than anticipated.
This pair of glass jar containers with flip top lids were a bit heavier than expected or desired. I intended to use one for holding Splenda to use for coffee & cereal. I do not like a lot of clutter on my countertops but wanted a convenient container for Splenda which we use every day. I had planned to keep the glass container on my counter top next to our coffee maker. I do like the wide flip top opening. You can pour Splenda or use a spoon. I plan to keep this set of glass storage jars to use for other pantry storage needs. I will likely need to choose another air tight container made of clear plastic.

Good jar, terrible lid
The jars themselves were quite nice, although overpriced. The lids, however, are horrible - they cracked and broke immediately. I have no use for jars without lids. Do yourself a favor - buy some quart-size Mason jars with the screw top lids - much cheaper, and much more versatile--you can use them for canning and freezing as well. I started using them right after these failed and I never looked back.

Using for sourdough
These work really well for my sourdough starter and I really like the lid to either set on top out tighten for fridge storage. They are perfect for my use of them.

These jars are perfect for making yogurt in my 6 qt insta pot (2 at a time ) or sous vide container water bath
