Need an alternative book ....
I just received this book ... I have not read it yet but I have flipped through it ... A lot of the recipes and food they want you to eat and make might not be possible.... What do you do if you are allergic to milk, eggs , peanuts and tree nuts ? Eggs and nuts are one of the must used foods in this book... I'm not saying that this isn't a good book I'm asking how can you follow it if you have a lot of allergies and need to keep Benadryl and an epi pen on you at all times ... born with allergies and also a picky eater ... !

Please read this book!
Everyone needs to read this book! I have been an ingredients reader on food and products for 40 years and I was quite surprised to learn that things I consumed regularly are making people sick. Educate yourselves. It’s disgusting.

Bought one for me then few months later bought one for a friend
Great book on nutrition and to eat right is everything!! If you are not used to eating for health, it could be challenging, but if you do, the results are worth more than gold!
