I have used Spot Shot for carpet stains for 20 years and it still amazes me how well it takes out even the worst of stains, even red wine! I regularly use it to get out cat vomit stains when my cat throws up on my carpet. Spray generously into carpet directly on the stain, let it penetrate a few minutes, then blot up area with a clean paper towel. Repeat this process until even the worst stains are gone.

Works great for my carpet cleaning needs

I have bought 3 or 4 cans of this. None of them spray appropriately. It just kind of dribbles out! It would work when it sprays out appropriately.Should return all of them!!!!!

This product is targeted towards Pet owners to remove stains, it’s not fully effective. I personally recommend the regular Spot Shot branding if anyone is in the market for Pet stain removal products; the regular one works almost the first time, sometimes the second time and the entire stain is gone.

Works very well on dog messes.

The product removes stains and orders beautifully. However, the button that sprays the contents out has failed o on the last three cans I have ordered. Consequently only a small portion of each can has been used. Unfortunately I didn’t need to use the product at the time I ordered it—my pup had not arrived at that time. Historically this has been a product that I have loved—still do, but the can is a huge problem. Thank you for allowing me to point out this issue. C. Greenhalgh

My dog urinated on wool rug and it left a stain. Product didn’t remove it. I’ve seen this remove red wine from carpet. Disappointed
