I love this powder. After recovering from two very serious surgeries... I made this powder part of my self care and I am so glad I did. I do not want to use fluoride for obvious reasons, but my mouth had suffered from months of vomiting and general ill health. Everything in this product is natural and can be researched if you are unfamiliar with an ingredient.Before you purchase it, understand that you are buying an herbal tooth powder made with natural herbs and botanicals not found in the US. It has a different, albeit strong, taste and smell. If you are sensitive to that don't buy this and then write a bad review. Also, this size bottle will last you forever. And I do mean forever. You only need a little sprinkle on your finger or toothbrush. Once you have used the powder a few times, I found I didn't mind the strong taste. My teeth feel very clean and my gums took on a very healthy colour and texture within a few days of using the powder.There are a few ways to use this. I used my finger. That massage on the gums is very good, and the powder is very gentle. I left it in my mouth about 3- 5 minutes and then swished with Himalayan salt sole. You could use plain water, or even pull with coconut oil if you wanted to. If the texture is too dry, you can add a bit of coconut oil or other oil and make a paste. You can even use your tooth brush. I didn't eat or drink anything for about 20 - 30 minutes after, to avoid the tastes colliding. After a week or so, I don't mind it at all. My mouth feels wonderful, and the dentist can't believe I'm not using commercial toothpaste.If you purchase this item, I encourage you to try it a few ways before deciding it's garbage and writing a bad review. It's really a different product than we're used to here, and may not be for everyone.

i started using patanjali dant kanti toothpaste and then switched to this. First 2 days while brushing i felt slight tingling. then my mouth got used to it. I usually used to get some mouth sore or pain or some issue or other. since using this i didnt have to go to dentist for any pain or issue. awesome product. Its been 2 months i am using and am still in first in first bottle. lasts long. wudnt ever go back to toothpaste again. even kids can use this.

It smells of brimstone, but works wonderfully. It's helped me with toothache due to gum recession (I was brushing too hard). It helps sinuses if rubbed into upper gumline and pallet. I don't know why the dentist never mentioned it, but it's great! I wish we could get fresh betel and paan leaf, but this will absolutely suffice.
