Love!
The quality for the money is great.Ive used this to hatch out 3 sets of chickens and recently 6 ducks! I bought another one because I liked the first one and needed more space to hatch a few more eggs. I try not to pack mine too full so that when hatch day comes they all still have space. I won't do more than 8 eggs at a time. Theres an opening on the back behind the screen that I didnt notice and that will help with the humidity as well as allowing air flow so tge babies can breathe after hatching. Its easy to clean just wipe it out, except where the water is on the inside, thats a bit tricky to reach if you have bigger hands. Its easy to use though you can't change the heat temp, its fluctuates between 99.5-100.5. Tge egg turner is nice so I don't have to manually do it. Its not loud at all, I often forget its running when we do use it. Its quiet for an incubator with an automatic turner.also chicken eggs take 21 days *approx* and duck eggs take 28 days *approx* i wasn't able to change the days either so I did have to keep track on my phone so I knew when to remove the turner and lock down the incubator/adjust the humidity.

Not the best for Jumbo/Duck eggs
This is a nice little incubator, with great features for countdown, lock down, temperature alarm etc. Keeps track of humidity and temperature and seemed to be fairly accurate. I did however, end up returning it. My duck eggs are fairly large, and even though I only had a few inside the incubator, the incubator would not turn with the eggs inside.

Great price for what Ine
I’ve been using this non stop since i bought it in march. Hatched 5 clutches of chicks and currently incubating for the 6th time as I write this. It’s very easy to use. Hatch rate is 60 - 75%. All eggs hatched have been from my own flock. I personally wouldn’t use this to hatch shipped eggs but it’s perfect for a homestead wanting to sustain their own flock.

Easy to operate, good beginner machine
I am new to incubating eggs and was both excited and anxious about trying this out. To begin with, this truly is a beginner’s machine which I couldn’t be more grateful for because I would have been lost trying to operate this machine straight out of the box and trying to figure out the correct heat and humidity levels. Instructions are easy to understand aside from the grammatical errors, which don’t affect the understanding of how the incubator works. I successfully hatched 3 chicken eggs out of 6. Not sure if it was the length of time that the eggs were in transit before I received them that led to this or if it was due to the machine itself that only half of the eggs hatched (though the 3rd baby passed). As I mentioned, I’m new to hatching eggs and in my research I have found that many individuals have opinions on how eggs should be hatched and what methods and temps are used. I just followed the directions enclosed with the unit since I am far from being an expert. The incubator is compact in size. I was able to place it on my nightstand so that I could monitor the progress of the eggs and in case heat and humidity levels were off. The humming noise is not loud. I like the automatic egg turning feature as well as the machine coming already calibrated for you to hatch chickens. Not sure yet how these are modified to incubate other types of birds. Having an egg candler on the unit itself I found helpful. I was surprised though that it didn’t come with a mat to give traction to baby chicks when they are born since they likely would slip and slide around everywhere which can cause splayed legs from what I understand. I made my own mat to line the inside of the incubator with a grip liner used for the inside of cabinets to avoid this. I will point out that I don’t like how the humidity, at least on my machine, constantly goes up and down. That stressed me out to no end. I was constantly checking and adjusting with adding water. It would really stay level and I’m not sure how much or how little a dip or spike in humidity can effect the eggs. Heat temp was stable, humid reading on machine was not. Not sure if this is the norm with this unit. I’ll be doing a test run before my next batch of eggs using a hygrometer. Like I mentioned; I don’t know if the premature egg deaths were due to the fluctuations in the machines temp readings or that my eggs weren’t incubated in a timely manner since they got delayed in transit. Cleaning of the unit is easy, I’ll add that as well. Hoping that I’ll be able to better gauge this machines functions and what works to keep the humidity level aside from fidgeting with the vent and water vessel.

Great incubator
I have used this incubator multiple times and had great results. If you follow the directions in the manual it makes using it easier. I am upgrading to a larger one but will keep this one for smaller batches since it works so well

Great little incubator
This is a great little incubator. Very easy to operate and maintain proper temperature and humidity. I have incubated two batches of chicken eggs purchased off the internet. First batch was 14 eggs (even though incubator is only rated for 12) 11 eggs hatched. Second batch was 12 eggs 9 hatched. I like the incubator well enough that I purchased a second one as a backup.

21 days later!…12 out of 12 hatched! I would recommend the incubator.!
The media could not be loaded. So far Amazing! I received this incubator May 4, and on May 8th I put 12 chicken eggs inside. Yesterday May 28 they started pipping. My12th chick just hatched and is warming up. 12 out 12 babies! The quality of the incubator is nice. The water reservoir is very convenient and humidity will stay on point if you keep the reservoir full. I added warm water the last three days of incubation to bump up the humidity to 70%. I thought the humidity control was very accurate. I love the rotating tray. I actually took mine out two days before hatching.. The temperature was on point. Any incubator is going to function pretty precisely as long as the outside temperature in the room is at least 70°. As the eggs hatched, I made sure the outside temperature in the room was 80 and I did raise the dome and take the eggs out to give them more room to walk around as they hatched. I did it very fast. As far as how the incubator latches, just make sure it’s snug. The value for the money 100%. I love how easy the removal of the chickens are, the hatched eggs, Turner, and the dome. I have no complaints with it. Hopefully round two of hatching will work just as well as round one. It’s very easy to clean and that’s also nice. I wish it was a little bit taller inside, but sometimes the hatching is not always good with bigger.I’m actually thinking about getting a second one.
