Beautifully Real!
I’ve traveled to Bodhgaya, India. Very difficult! I sat and meditated under the Bodhi tree where I witnessed these seeds everywhere. These ones appear to be exactly like the ones I got when I was there. They’re beautiful !!! Thanks for having and sharing the real thing!

natural beads
The brown nylon string is high quality and strong, and there is a slip knot that works quite well to expand and tighten the bracelet. I love the bodhi seeds; I like the idea that it's seeds from the tree that the Buddha meditated under. I like the interesting pattern of the beads. I like that they are natural. The bag is kind of primitive, but I don't mind; I didn't buy it for the bag. There were only 17 beads, not the 18 in the description. The seeds are a bit rough; that would be OK, but I wondered whether they needed to be sealed with some sort of lacquer to protect them from dampness. But the major problem was that one of the seeds was cracked almost all the way through, and after a couple of weeks it caught on some clothing and broke. See the image. However, I must add that Amazon's return policy is amazing... they sent me a return label and refunded the price right away! Then I tried the Phoenix Eye Bohi Seed Mala bracelet (https://www.amazon.com/Phoenix-Tibetan-Buddhist-Prayer-Bracelet/dp/B00CTEIX0O/ref=pd_rhf_cr_p_img_6?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=XT33S7H209DWMSN2H0FW). It is on an elastic cord. I didn't like it as well. Its beads were too big to wear as a bracelet; they got in the way. And they were polished and sealed, which was too processed looking for me. After a day or two I decided I didn't like it as well, and I missed the more primative one. So I bought another of these Tibetan mala seed bracelets, and this time although they are rough, I don't see any cracks. Also, it has 18 beads. I'm very happy now.By the way, I got a full 108 bead necklace from a different vendor with the same bodhi beads that were lacquered, and much higher quality (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01A3WG5N0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1). I would buy from them again.

All seeds were intact with no irregularities.
This bracelet is lighter than I thought it would be, but it is comfortable to wear, and it is well strung. The seeds are pretty well matched for size and color. The photo is an honest representation of the item that you receive, unless it arrives damaged in the mail. It comes in a small plastic bag which is put into a larger bubble protected envelope to mail it. The small pouch is a bit lesser in quality. It has tassels which fray easily when handled, but the bracelet alone is worth the cost. The draw string on the bracelet is knotted well, but it is a little tight to open when putting it on your wrist. I'm thinking it will loosen with daily use. It would make a nice small gift to a friend.

IF Truly Bodhi Seeds
there are 18 not 108 of the beads, but my bad not noticing they were 10mm, not 8mm, which on my petite wrists looks clunky. love that they look authentic and that they came in a cute pouch for storage. the string which they are on seems like a silk and nylon blend, but this doesn't get small enough to work on my wrist. in fact, i just now tried it out on my ankle to see how it fits, and it works better as an anklet for me. when the string breaks, and it will (especially if i keep it on my ankle) i will repurpose the beads into a necklace. bottom line -- the hx of the Bodhi seed to me is work the money spent, but gals, it seems too big for us as a wrist adornment.

Well made and good looking
Bought this not to wear but to use as a short mala to anchor breaths during meditation. Goes nicely around the fingers without flopping around and making noise as a full length mala might. The 18 beads/seeds are very large, which is good for larger hands. The adjustment works perfectly. I also have a 108-bead bodhi seed mala from this company. Both are very well made and pleasant to use. This one is especially nice looking, if that matters to you. Mine is exactly as pictured.
