THESE ARE GREAT BINS

The good: Unlike some of the other reviewers, my unit (packed in 5 different boxes) came with a set of picture instructions, although there was also a second set of irrelevant instructions. The unit is (theoretically) straightforward to assemble except:The bad: 3 of my 7 shelves were bent. I was able to salvage 2 of them but the third one was a lost cause. The way this shelving unit is put together requires that the corners of the shelves fit within the cage and on the shelf supports. Bent shelves make it nearly impossible for the shelves to sit level. I knew I was in trouble when I saw that one of the boxes (with the shelves) arrived nearly open at the end with only some tape keeping it closed. I blame this on Global Industrial as that was the way they packaged it. I will NEVER by anything from them again. How they can allow this to happen is unconscionable. After years of buying thousands of things on Amazon, this is by far the worst purchase I have made!

Hard to spend that much money, but you do get what you pay for. It’s a good sturdy system.

Great for garage organizing. Putting together was a huge hassle as far as assemblies go. Assembly time 1 hr with right tools. You need wratchet bits and a short flat head screw driver, both of which are uncommon to have on hand in a normal household. I happened to have them; even still, struggled a bit getting it right. Happy with result though, all said and done.

Instructions are not clear, and are describing another product. There was about 100 extra screws which confuses you even more when you add in the odd instructions. Shelving came bent and barely useable. The size is much smaller than it is portrayed to be in the photos (close to the described size). It is overpriced for what you get.

Super bummed about this. I only received 29 screws for the 7 shelves. It is so rickety that is shifts side to side. Took me 2 hrs to put together. Upon opening one of the boxes (it came with several individually packed boxes) I discovered bins were broken in box due to inadequate packing to protect them. Another minor thing is that the bins on pic and website description said white, I got tan bins instead.Now I have the headache of disassembling item and trying to figure out how to return it. I honestly would find a different seller/item.

Product came with only the large bins none of the small ones. I contacted the manufacturer no response. I put it together before I realized it was missing parts.
