Great little kit
Great little circuit kit with a handy little storage bag. Bought for our homeschooled 7 year old to use alongside her DT lessons.

Cheap rubbish, overpriced and no instructions.
Read all the other 1* reviews and you will get the picture. Described as an Electrical Circuits Kits Toy. What you get is a clear plastic bag package measuring 11cm square by 4cm deep containing a selection (read, jumble) of cheap basic electrical parts, estimated value at cost £1 to £2. + a cheap black zipped pouch printed ‘Toolkit’ ???? There are no instruction/leaflet as to how these items can be used or played with. If considering purchasing this kit as a gift, don’t, as you will just cause disappointment. It is practically a scam, there is no attempt at presentation, say a box with the contents smartly displayed and with instructions, just a plastic bag of chap rubbishy items of little value. At least via Amazon you can return if you feel conned as I did.

A bit fiddly
Useful but some of the connections are very small and it is very fiddly. We managed but it was difficult and the crocodile clamps keep falling off the small wires. However the grandchildren did enjoy it and worked within the limitations

It is fun to use the kit plus very eductional learning.
My grand draughter and I used the kit build different circuits and learn the bsic principle of physics.We both had great and enjoyed playing and learning together.

There are better options.
Kit only came with 1 bulb holder even though it clearly stated 2 in description. I specifically purchased the kit because it had 2 in order to demonstrate parallel circuits. Also the bulb holder that did arrive is useless. Bulb doesn’t fit and housing is turning now and bulb won’t come out. In my opinion a better option would be to buy the holders alone (Ajax Scientific EL340-0012 Mes Type Bulb Holder) and a battery. BTW I’m not sure if the above bulb holders are any good but I will probably try them out next.
