I have a bad temper and so does my oldest son. I bought this for us and it calmed us both down. It lasts remarkable long and helped with calming my mouth while driving in Houston traffic (notoriously bad). I will buy it again. I dont now how this blend of herbs works so well, but it does!

Was turned on to this by my Chinese acupuncturist. I didn't see much noticeable benefit from it . I guess it calmed me a bit, but hard to tell. It would probably work for most people, but I'm extremely Type A so it takes much more to make me feel calmer.

Not a Good Brand Over All
I have purchased 2 different products from this brand name with several bottles for each product. Over all, not a good brand. Go with "Sun Ten" brand name instead!I got 2 bottles of the same med, each pill from each bottle look different in color. After taking it all, I feel no effect or whatsoever.Jia Wei Xiao Yao Wan is really good for women's monthly cycle and other... My TCM doctor from far east prescribed me with Jia Wei Xiao Yao Wan, "Sun Ten" brand, works like wonder.From my personal experience, Sun Ten products are a little more expensive, but they are more concentrated and you are really getting what it says you should be getting in the bottle. Sun Ten products are more honest for sure.I have wasted my money on this company brand. Would not recommend this brand name at all.

No more hot flashes!
I am a happy camper and so is my husband. My acupuncturist recommended these herbal supplements and my life has changed for the better. I had horrible hot flashes and now I don't. For real...So extremely happy to have these in my possession and they are super easy to swallow.

My acupuncturist recommended these and they really work to relieve stress, feelings of anxiety, and sleeplessness. It recommends taking six tablets..I usually only take 4 tablets once a day or at night when needed.I appreciate they are made in the USA.
