Bewildering!
I know Chinese is tough but the first exercise in this book asks you to identify numbers (listening exercise) yet nowhere in this book nor on the CD were the numbers introduced.I gave up and have used an app even though the book was expensive. I guess I needed to but the teacher’s book and CD?????The script is also the handwritten style almost calligraphy script whereas I’d have preferred the type-face on my keyboard.I guess I didn’t do my homework. For me this was a total waste.But...it arrived quickly and is as described, so the seller did well. It’s simply not suitable for self-teaching by itself.
