Does this unit have a door to replace the battery?
The device is identified as 350 va; so is it 350 watts? i want to purchase 2, one for each big screen 4k tv. you think it is large enough?
How long does the power last in hours?
Does this have an auto shut off to avoid battery drain by inverter?

A must-have for work-from-home
You'd think the times of common power-outages where a thing of the past. But if you are working from home sometimes you will notice that is not the case. Especially if you have a VPN or other security measures, a small power disruption means that you have to authenticate again. An UPC such as this one will keep the router and cable modem powered for quite a long time. This model also has a USB port, and that can be used to signal an attached PC that the power is out and that it should shut down/hibernate/whatever. Highly recommended.

APC computer backup battery
The APC brand of computer backups have a great name and are quality made. Don’t take chances with your power going out when in the middle of important work like making reports or working on projects. This battery backup lets you safely go offline and shut equipment down correctly. Would buy again. Be sure and check battery date and let seller and Amazon know if yours shipped with a dying or dead battery.

Good UPS that uses replaceable batteries
I have an older APC UPS that used RBC2 batteries, and that UPS died. Rather than get a completely different UPS, I chose this model because it uses the same batteries, since I already had two spares. This UPS did come with its own battery. It was little tricky connecting the batter to the terminals, as the wires are (too) short. After I connected the battery and let the UPS recharge overnight, it works perfectly fine.

Unit makes a loud Buzzing noise
Unit has a loud electrical Buzzing noise with an audible change in pitch around every 4 to 5 seconds then back to the loud electrical Buzzing noise. It is very annoying to listen to and can be heard over background noise in the room. NOTE: This is not the Audio Buzzer for when the power is off. It sounds like the hum you get from large electrical transformers. I have other APC back ups in the house and none of them make any noise when plugged in.

Best Battery Back up for the money
If you have a home computer tower or desktop, please use this one. East to maintain and replacement batteries every 2 to 3 years are easy to obtain from APC and it really works. We live in an area of the third world California that has power surcharges and trouble with the grid on a regular basis. Difficult to say how many times this unit protected our desk tops. We own 2 and they work as advertised. Great software to control the unit.

It has been a few months now using this for my modem/router and it has performed amazing. What I replaced was actually the secon
Needed to replace my APC ES350. So I decided to go with this model since I have the larger 1500 versions that have been running for years without a problem. It has been a few months now using this for my modem/router and it has performed amazing. What I replaced was actually the second ES350, which honestly are junk, they typically die within a year and replacing the battery only extends this another 3-6 months before the rest dies, usually killing a good battery inside. I went through 2 ES350 models within 30 months which is abysmal when my XS1500 models have been running for years flawlessly (only need to replace the batteries every 3-4 years).
