My skinny pigs recently went through two separate water bottles within a month because of leakage issues, so I decided to do some research and found this bottle was highly recommended across the internet.I knew going into it how small it would be, but I decided to take my chance if it would finally mean no more soggy habitat.I've had it for close to a month now and so far have had no issues whatsoever.It tightly secures to their cage, so I don't have the issue of it always falling off. It's easy for them to drink out of. It's easy to keep clean. Best of all, there has been no leaking whatsoever.The downside is the size for sure; I'm having to refill the bottle daily, sometimes twice a day, but again, I went into it knowing how small it would be.I'm planning on investing in a second one to hopefully balance that out, because I really would prefer to have several of these than to have something larger and unreliable.Highly recommend this product!

I specifically was looking for a water bottle that could be attached to the outside of the cage so that every time I needed to fill it, it wasn’t a pain to get out. This bottle came in multiple colors which was also an added bonus. I was so disappointed because I kept wasting my money on different ones and felt like I would never find anything that worked as stated. They all leaked! I was about to give up and just use a water bowl, even though I don’t like using them, my gerbils tend to use them as toilet dishes, when I decided to try this brand. At first I got the shorter spout and sometimes it would be good, while other times it would continuously drip. I was so disappointed. I came across the same bottle type, but with a longer spout and decided to try that one instead as a last ditch effort. To my surprise it worked!! No more leaking! I’m guessing the shorter spout just couldn’t be positioned correctly to prevent it from dripping, while somehow the longer spout can be positioned correctly. I’m so happy I gave this a try because it was definitely worth it! I’m happy and so are our gerbils! Just a side note. Every time you fill this bottle, make sure to tap the little ball with your finger until water comes out. Sometimes it gets “stuck” when you refill the bottle from the pressure of the new water/air in it. As long as I do that, everything works perfectly!

So this water bottle is very well constructed. It is great. However, we have a male Chinese Dwarf hamster and the ball is simply too big and the ball itself probably weighs half what he does so he is unable to use it. Should be great for Teddy Bear hamsters.

Easy to use and love that you can clip it to a cage, and take it out without having to undo the entire bottle. Wish it held more water but because it doesn’t leak it’s fine. Fits nicely for my guinea pigs cage. They drink more from these bottles than the standard guinea pig bottles.

I usually do not write reviews but these water bottles are amazing. I have two for my guinea pigs & they are the only water bottle i have found that does not leak. They are so well designed & convenient to refill. I got another for a friend with a hamster. Just ordered another for a friend with rats. I will recommend these water bottles to absolutely anyone. Worth it.

Well they were great to begin with but now they leak just like everything else.

It really does not leak at all, though it’s a lot less water output for that reason, so take my review based on your hamster needs. They have to hit the ball to unleash a few drops of water.
