Everything in the small packages really big you can do anything you want and the $40 jump on it way better than what you ever thought if you don't want it send it back to me I buy another one and let him know not buying more there is of the thing is all I got is my TV test do I have seen the whole world and I'm 60 years old and I've been around the world I guarantee you if you don't buy this right now there's something wrong with your TV if you put this on your TV man you have to worry about leaving your house no more that's a pay you to stay home garantia first under $40 and if your name is on that TV trust me on that one thanks again and then Amazon jig through for me again appreciate it

Netflix from the app store isn't present and when you download the apk and install it it says it is not compatable with Android 10. Netflix is only compatible with versions 4.4 to 7.1 of Android. This is only an issue for installing Netflix NOT this box. Netflix needs to update their app.The main complaint and the one star is it keeps frezing up. I was watching a movie and it frooze. I rebooted and it frooze again while watching the same move. It buzzes and does not respond to the remote. Returning it for a refund. This is garbage.

If you aren't tech savvy, you might want to stick to the mainstream plug and play dongles on the market. With that said, once I connected an USB/wireless mouse and keyboard to this android box and unlocked the admin permissions on it, I realized it's potential and the advantages of having it versus a stick from other well known manufacturers. Not only do you get what you expect for streaming TV service, but you turn your TV into a tablet. For $40 it's pretty powerful. The video interface is slightly buggy here and there and not all apps from the Google Play Store are compatible, but once you get it up and running, it's well worth the investment. I hated it out of the box, but came to love it once I got around the OS restrictions on it.If you understand the world of APKs, then this is the box for you. HINT: attaching a keyboard and mouse is a must if you want to get this box configured and running what you want it to. The remote has a mouse mode, but it's spotty at best on performance.Be prepared to find workarounds to getting app features to work, but once you do, it works like a champ! I recommend this box for sure.

I bought this product with high expectations but very cheap performance slaging alot has bugs needs to be fixed.

Get a wireless mouse for this, it beats the remote.

Dislike the that google blocks some apps but like that for the price it’s a pretty good box.
