Almost certainly. The spindle on the F250 (10.25 or later 10.5 axle) hasn't changed since the early 80s. I know it fits my earlier 10.25 spindles very well.

Maybe.you'll have to remove the axle and measure the diameter of the nut.

I am not familiar with the 2011 duallies but you should not need this if you are just replacing the rear rotors and pads. On my SRW 2004 f-250 I used this to remove the spindle nut on the inside of the hub. So when you replace/repack bearing's you'll need this socket or something similar.
